ارتباط بين كارآفريني اجتماعي و كيفيت زندگي در شهرهاي حاشيه بيابان لوت نمونه موردي: احياي صنعت چلنگري در شهر كويري سرايان

مقدمه: كارآفريني با مزيت‌هايي كه در بر دارد مي‌تواند به عنوان يكي از بهترين و مهم‌ترين گزينه‌هاي توسعه يافتگي تلقي گردد، به يقين كارآفريني فعاليت‌هاي صنعتي منجر به پيامدهاي زيادي در ابعاد اقتصادي، اجتماعي و محيطي كيفيت‌زندگي شده است. بنابراين در اين پژوهش ارتباط و تأثيرگذاري كارآفريني در بخش صنعت چلنگري بر كيفيت زندگي شاغلان در بخش صنعت چلنگري شهر سرايان مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. داده و روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف كاربردي ـ توسعه‌اي و از نظر شيوه انجام، توصيفي ـ تحليلي است. همچنين اين پژوهش بر اساس مطالعه كتابخانه‌اي و ميداني انجام شده است. در بخش مطالعات ميداني با مراجعه حضوري به منطقه مورد مطالعه، داده هاي مورد نياز به شيوه هاي مختلف مشاهده و تكميل پرسشنامه تهيه شده است. جامعه آماري پژوهش شامل كليه افراد ساكن در شهر سرايان ( 13795 نفر) مي‌باشد كه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران حجم نمونه 374 نفر به دست آمد كه جهت اطمينان بيشتر به 380 نفر ارتقاء داده شد. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده هاي جمع‌آوري شده از نرم افزارهاي Excel و SPSS استفاده گرديد. يافته‌ها: طبق نظر پاسخگويان بعد اقتصادي كارآفريني در صنعت چلنگري در حد بالايي بوده و دو به ديگر (فرهنگي – ارزشي و اجتماعي) در متوسط ارزيابي مي‌شود. همچنين بين متغير فعاليت‌هاي كارآفريني و كيفيت زندگي با ضريب همبستگي 635/0 رابطه معني‌داري وجود دارد. نتيجه‌گيري: همبستگي قوي و مستقيم بين كارآفريني و كيفيت زندگي وجود دارد. در نتيجه مي‌توان اذعان كرد كه كارآفريني در صنعت چلنگري باعث شده است كيفيت زندگي ساكنان و فعالان در اين صنعت بالا رود.

Introduction: Entrepreneurship with its advantages can be considered as one of the best and most important development options, for sure, the entrepreneurship of industrial activities has led to many consequences in the economic, social and environmental aspects of the quality of life. Therefore, in this research, the relationship and impact of entrepreneurship in the plumber industry sector on the quality of life of the workers in the plumber industry sector of Sarayan city was investigated. Data and method: The current research is applied-developmental in terms of its purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of its method. Also, this research is based on library and field study. In the field studies section, by visiting the study area in person, the required data has been prepared by different methods of observation and completing the questionnaire. The statistical population of the research includes all the people living in Saravan city (13795 people). Using Cochran s formula, a sample size of 374 people was obtained, which was increased to 380 people for more certainty. Excel and SPSS software were used to analyze the collected data. Results: According to the respondents, the economic dimension of entrepreneurship in the plumbing industry is at a high level, and the other two (cultural-value and social) are evaluated as average. Also, there is a significant relationship between the variable of entrepreneurial activities and quality of life with a correlation coefficient of 0.635. Conclusion: There is a strong and direct correlation between entrepreneurship and quality of life. As a result, it can be acknowledged that entrepreneurship in the plumbing industry has increased the quality of life of residents and workers in this industry.
