چكيده فارسي :
هدف از انجام اين تحقيق بررسي نقش توانايي مديرعامل بر بهبود رتبه اعتباري شركت با نقش تعديلي رشد شركت در شركت‌هاي پذيرفته‌شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران مي‌باشد. تحقيق موردنظر از جهت هدف، يك تحقيق كاربردي و ازلحاظ نوع طرح تحقيق به جهت تكيه‌بر اطلاعات تاريخي، پس رويدادي است و روش استنتاج آن استقرايي و از نوع همبستگي مي‌باشد. جامعه آماري تحقيق حاضر شركت‌هاي منتخب پذيرفته‌شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در طي يك دوره پنج‌ساله بين سال‌هاي 1395-1399 مي‌باشد. جهت مستندسازي نتايج تجزيه‌وتحليل آماري و ارائه راه‌حل‌هاي نهايي، از شيوه‌هاي آماري با استفاده از نرم‌افزارEVIEWS اقدام به تجزيه‌وتحليل سؤالات و فرضيات شده است. نتايج فرضيهتحقيق نشان مي‌دهد كه بين توانايي مديران عامل با رتبه‌بندي اعتباري رابطه معناداري دارد. فرصت رشد رابطه بين توانايي مديران عامل با رتبه بندي اعتباري را تعديل مي كند.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this research is to examine the role of the CEO s ability to improve the company s credit rating with the moderating role of the company s growth in companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange. The intended research is an applied research in terms of its purpose, and in terms of the type of research plan, it is based on historical information, so it is an event, and its inference method is inductive and correlational. The statistical population of the current research is the selected companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange during a five-year period between 2015-2016.In order to document the results of statistical analysis and provide final solutions, statistical methods have been used to analyze questions and assumptions using EVIEWS software. The results of the research hypothesis show that there is a significant relationship between the ability of CEOs and credit rating. Growth opportunity moderates the relationship between CEO ability and credit rating.
