انتخاب رشته تحصيلي از مهم‌ترين انتخاب‌ها در زندگي فرد است به‌طوري‌كه مي‌تواند زندگي شغلي و به‌تبع آن آينده وي را تحت تأثير قرار دهد، در اين پژوهش بر آنيم برخي از عوامل تأثيرگذار بر انتخاب رشته تحصيلي حسابداري را بررسي كنيم . روش پژوهش توصيفي از نوع پيمايشي و جامعه آماري شامل دانشجويان دانشگاه آزاد است، براي جمع‌آوري داده‌ها از پرسشنامه استفاده گرديد و 158 پرسشنامه تكميل شد، از نرم‌افزار آماري SPSS و EViews براي تحليل داده‌ها استفاده شد؛ نتايج حاصل از آزمون فرضيه‌ها نشان داد بين ويژگي شخصيتي و انتخاب رشته حسابداري رابطه‌ي معناداري وجود دارد؛ و بين سندرم ايمپاستور و انتخاب رشته حسابداري رابطه مثبت معناداري وجود دارد. بين فرصت‌هاي شغلي و انتخاب رشته حسابداري رابطه مثبت معناداري وجود دارد؛ اما بين دشوار پنداشتن رشته حسابداري و انتخاب رشته حسابداري رابطه معناداري وجود ندارد و رابطه معناداري بين جنسيت و انتخاب رشته حسابداري رابطه مشاهده نگرديد.

Choosing a field of study is one of the most important choices in a person s life, so that it can affect his professional life and, accordingly, his future. The descriptive research method is a survey type and the statistical population includes Azad University students, a questionnaire was used to collect data and 158 questionnaires were completed, SPSS and EViews statistical software were used for data analysis; The results of the hypothesis test showed that there is a significant relationship between personality traits and the choice of accounting field; And there is a significant positive relationship between impostor syndrome and the choice of accounting major. There is a significant positive relationship between job opportunities and the choice of accounting major; However, there is no significant relationship between finding accounting major difficult and choosing accounting major, and no significant relationship was observed between gender and choosing accounting major.
