بررسي نقش سازمان يادگيرنده بر ارتقاي مهارت هاي يادگيري خودراهبر الكترونيكي كاركنان آموزش و پرورش

Examining the role of the learning organization on the promotion of electronic self-directed learning skills of education staff

در عصر حاضر يادگيري خود راهبر الكترونيكي را به عنوان تمايلي براي در پيش گرفتن راهبردي فعال و خود شروع كننده تعريف ميكنند كه در ارتباط با فعاليت ها و موقعيت هاي يادگيري مربوط به كار بوده و براي چيره شدن بر موانع يادگيري پافشاري مي كنند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي نقش سازمان يادگيرنده بر ارتقاي مهارت هاي يادگيري خودراهبر الكترونيكي كاركنان آموزش و پرورش به اجرا درآمد. اين پژوهش از نظر ماهيت و محتوا از نوع همبستگي مي باشد. در اين تحقيق اطلاعات مربوط به 373 نفر از كاركنان آموزش و پرورش تربت حيدريه مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفته اند تا بر اساس آن رابطه بين متغيرها براي آزمون فرضيه هاي تحقيق بررسي شود. داده هاي جمع آوري شده با روش معادلات ساختاري با استفاده از نرم افزار SmartPLS مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. نتايج نشان داد تسلط فردي، الگوهاي ذهني، ايجاد دورنماي مشترك، يادگيري تيمي و تفكر سيستمي بر ارتقاي مهارت‌هاي يادگيري خودراهبر الكترونيكي تاثير معني داري دارد.

In today s era, electronic self-directed learning is defined as a desire to adopt an active and self-initiated strategy that is related to work-related learning activities and situations and insists on overcoming learning obstacles. The current research was carried out with the aim of investigating the role of the learning organization on improving the self-directed electronic learning skills of education workers. This research is correlational in nature and content. In this research, the information related to 373 employees of education and training of Torbat Heydarieh have been analyzed in order to investigate the relationship between the variables to test the research hypotheses. The collected data were analyzed by structural equation method using SmartPLS software. The results showed that individual mastery, mental patterns, creating a common perspective, team learning and system thinking have a significant effect on improving self-directed electronic learning skills.
