بررسي رابطه توانمندسازي و نگرش كارآفرينانه معلمان ابتدايي

Investigating the relationship between employee empowerment and the entrepreneurial attitude of elementary teachers

سازماني كه اعضاي آن داراي نگرش هاي كارآفرينانه باشند احتمال بيشتري دارد كه به سمت خلاقيت و نوآوري گام بردارند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي رابطه بين توانمندسازي سازماني و نگرش كارآفرينانه معلمان ابتدايي طراحي و اجرا گرديد. اين مطالعه به روش توصيفي و از نوع همبستگي انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش كليه معلمان ابتدايي شهرستان رشتخوار مي باشد كه 375 نفر است. كل جامعه به روش سرشماري به عنوان نمونه در نظر گرفته شد. نمونه مورد نظر به روش تصادفي انتخاب شد. براي سنجش نگرش كارآفرينانه از پرسشنامه رابينسون و پيتر و براي سنجش توانمندسازي سازماني از پرسشنامه اسپريتزر و ميشرا استفاده شد. ميانگين و انحراف استاندارد توانمندسازي سازماني و نگرش كارآفرينانه به ترتيب60/3±1/451 و 7/52±4/459 بود. بر اساس نتايج بدست آمده از پژوهش حاضر بين توانمندسازي سازماني و نگرش كارآفرينانه رابطه معناداري بدست آمد و اين رابطه مستقيم بود (000/0 , sig= 7/0 r= ). فراهم ساختن تسهيلاتي جهت پياده سازي استراتژي-هاي توانمندسازي در بين معلمان ابتدايي با هدف ارتقاي نگرش هاي كارآفرينانه آنها پيشنهاد مي شود.

Background and purpose: An organization whose members have entrepreneurial attitudes is more likely to step towards creativity and innovation. The current research was designed and implemented with the aim of investigating the relationship between organizational empowerment and entrepreneurial attitude of primary teachers. Robinson and Peter questionnaire was used to measure entrepreneurial attitude and Spritzer and Mishra questionnaire was used to measure organizational empowerment. Findings: The mean and standard deviation of organizational empowerment and entrepreneurial attitude were obtained. Based on the results obtained from the current research, a significant relationship was found between organizational empowerment and entrepreneurial attitude, and this relationship was direct (sig=, r= ). conclusion: It is suggested to provide facilities for the implementation of empowerment strategies among elementary teachers with the aim of improving their entrepreneurial attitudes.
