بررسي رابطه سواد پژوهشي بر فرهنگ يادگيري سازماني

Investigating the relationship between research literacy and organizational learning culture

در عصر حاضر با وجود شرايط خاص جهاني، نيازمند انعطاف پذيري سازماني هستيم و براي اين منظور معمولاً مديران تلاش مي كنند تا فرهنگ يادگيري سازماني را در سازمانها توسعه دهند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي بررسي رابطه سواد پژوهشي بر فرهنگ يادگيري سازماني به اجرا درآمد. اين پژوهش از نظر ماهيت و محتوا از نوع همبستگي مي باشد. در اين تحقيق اطلاعات مربوط به 373 نفر از كاركنان آموزش و پرورش تربت حيدريه مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفته اند تا بر اساس آن رابطه بين متغيرها براي آزمون فرضيه هاي تحقيق بررسي شود. داده هاي جمع-آوري شده با روش معادلات ساختاري با استفاده از نرم افزار SmartPLS مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. نتايج نشان داد انگيزش سواد پژوهشي، اموزش سواد پژوهشي، برنامه ريزي سواد پژوهشي بر فرهنگ يادگيري سازماني تاثير معني داري دارد.

In today s era, despite the special global conditions, we need organizational flexibility, and for this purpose, managers usually try to develop organizational learning culture in organizations. The present study was carried out with the aim of investigating the relationship between research literacy and organizational learning culture. This research is correlational in nature and content. In this research, the information related to 373 employees of education and training of Torbat Heydarieh have been analyzed in order to investigate the relationship between the variables to test the research hypotheses. The collected data were analyzed by structural equation method using SmartPLS software. The results showed that research literacy motivation, research literacy training, and research literacy planning have a significant impact on organizational learning culture.
