Throughout history, linguists have seen a close relationship between language and culture, because language is the leader of human thought and the introduction to understanding the world, and in a way it builds human culture and civilization. On the other hand, culture and civilization affects the language and changes its vocabulary and sometimes even its mechanism in some way. Throughout history, Iran has witnessed the two-way relationship between Persian language and literature and Islamic civilization. Iranians, and consequently the Persian language, have certainly been indebted to Islam, but at the same time, they have also greatly contributed to the spread of Islam and the flourishing of Islamic civilization. There has always been a mutual and two-way relationship between Persian literature and culture and civilization throughout the historical periods. The purpose of this research is to show that Persian literature is necessary for a better understanding of the world, and in a way it can be said that literature causes the creation of civilization. It can be safely said that most societies are no exception to this rule and have somehow benefited from the mutual effects of literature and civilization. One of these societies has been Iran in such a way that literature has played an important role in preserving Islam and Islamic civilization. The findings and results of the research show that, in examining the impact of Persian literature on Islamic culture and civilization, these two are not separate from each other and somehow play a complementary role for each other.
