Langrangian point of view is a useful aspect in the study of fluid dynamics including turbulent flow. Using this viewpoint, particle tracking can provide a better under-standing of a turbulent flow in general. In the present study, a turbulent channel flow is considered. The study focuses on the characteristics of this flow in a channel by using point and line tracking. Third degree four step Runge Kutta method is used to determine the traits of this flow. It is observed that if two points are near each other in this turbulent channel flow while one of them is located in a high-speed streak and the other is in a low-speed streak, these two points will have almost similar fluctuations. Furthermore, in the next step of this study lines are tracked and this result is drawn that varied lines that are tracked in this flow, based on their positions, have different deformations. Accordingly, the time that was dedicated to the process of line tracking was about 2457 times as much as the time of the flow.
