One of the issues that is always considered by education planners in different countries is the employment of graduates. Monitoring the employment status of female university graduates can have important effects on employment generation and lead to the development of appropriate educational programs and policy strategies to increase the employment of women in the society. Therefore, by examining the employment conditions of female graduates of the University of Applied Sciences in Lorestan province, it is possible to measure the success rate of this university in supporting women in the field of skill training, which is effective on the employment of these people. The purpose of this study is to measure the effect of studying at Lorestan University of Applied Sciences on the recruitment of women in the labor market. The present study is a survey-descriptive type that examines the employment status of female graduates of Lorestan University of Applied Sciences in the period of 2018-2018. The number of participants in this survey was 302. According to the results obtained, there was a significant relationship between the type of occupation of people before studying at university, between employment after university and studying at university, between the field of study of graduates and their occupation; However, there was a significant relationship between university education and the type of women s jobs, government or non-government, no significant relationship was shown
