مطالعه‌ تطبيقي‌ آموزش و پرورش سايه‌ اي در كره جنوبي‌ و آمريكا

A comparative study of Savei education in South Korea and America

يكي‌ از اركان هاي بسيار مهم‌ كه‌ نقش‌ مهمي‌ در توسعه‌ ابعاد فردي و اجتماعي‌ دارد، آموزش است‌. آموزش باعث‌ مي‌ شود افراد در آنچه‌ از آنان انتظار مي‌ رود مهارت و توانايي‌ لازم را كسب‌ كنند. به‌ اين‌ منظور آموزش در برخي‌ كشورها جايگاه و موقعيت‌ ويژه تري يافته‌ است‌ و دركنار آموزش رسمي‌ خود، آموزش غيررسمي‌ را با تعبير آموزش و پرورش سايه‌ اي تدبير نموده اند. در اين‌ مطالعه‌ سعي‌ شده اين‌ نوع آموزش در دو كشور كره جنوبي‌ و آمريكا مورد بررسي‌ و تطبيق‌ قرار بگيرد. روش تحقيق‌ پژوهش‌ كيفي‌ است‌ و در آن ابتدا به‌ آموزش تكميلي‌ در دو كشور موردنظر و سپس‌ به‌ مقايسه‌ آن در دو كشور پرداخته‌ شده است‌. يافته‌ هاي پژوهش‌ نشان مي‌ دهد كه‌ با وجود اهداف مشابه‌، سياست‌ و استراتژي هاي متفاوتي‌ در آن ها حاكم‌ است‌. اما با اين‌ وجود اين‌ دولت‌ ها به‌ آموزش سايه‌ اي نگاه ويژه اي مبذول دارند. با اين‌ حال دستاوردهاي آن در كشور كره جنوبي‌ نسبت‌ به‌ آمريكا بيشتر و بهتر بوده است‌.

Education is one of the very important elements that play an important role in the development of individual and social dimensions. Education makes people acquire the necessary skills and abilities in what is expected of them. For this purpose, education in some countries has found a more special position and along with their formal education, they have devised informal education with the interpretation of shadow education. In this study, this type of education has been tried to be investigated and adapted in the two countries of South Korea and America. The research method is qualitative research, and in it, supplementary education in the two countries in question and then its comparison in the two countries have been discussed. The findings of the research show that despite the similar goals, different policies and strategies prevail in them. However, these governments have a special view on shadow education. However, its achievements in South Korea have been more and better than in America.
