Comparative study of exceptional education services in America, China, India, Iran

آموزش و پرورش مورد نياز كودكان استثنايي با آنچه اكثريت كودكان و دانش آموزان به آن احتياج دارند بسيار متفاوت مي باشد . هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي تطبيقي نظام آموزش و پرورش استثنايي در كشورهاي آمريكا ، چين ، هند و ايران است ، كه از ميان ابعاد مختلف نظام آموزش و پرورش استثنايي به صورت هدفمند خدمات ارائه شده به كودكان استثنايي بررسي شده است . روش پژوهش توصيفي - مقايسه اي است . ابزارهاي گردآوري اطلاعات شامل كتب ، پايان نامه ها ، مقالات معتبر علمي در داخل و خارج از كشور مي باشد . نتايج حاصل از پژوهش نشان مي دهد كه هر چهار كشور به آموزش كودكان استثنايي اهميت مي دهند و از اهداف مشترك آن ها آموزش متناسب با نياز هاي كودكان استثنايي و آماده كردن آن ها براي بزرگسالي و اداره ي زندگي است . همچنين حق آموزش رايگان و حمايت و توانبخشي اين كودكان از قوانين مشترك اين كشور ها مي باشد . اما خدمات ارائه شده و كابرد فناوري هاي پيشرفته در ايران به نسبت كشورهاي مورد مطالعه كمتر است .

The education needed by exceptional children is very different from what the majority of children and students need. The aim of the current research is a comparative study of the exceptional education system in America, China, India, and Iran, and among the various aspects of the exceptional education system, the targeted services provided to exceptional children have been investigated. The research method is descriptive-comparative. Information gathering tools include books, theses, and valid scientific articles inside and outside the country. The results of the research show that all four countries attach importance to the education of exceptional children, and one of their common goals is to provide education according to the needs of exceptional children and prepare them for adulthood and managing life. Also, the right to free education and support and rehabilitation of these children is a common law of these countries. However, the services provided and the application of advanced technologies in Iran are less than the studied countries.
