بررسي سطح سواد برنامه درسي مربيان پيش‌دبستاني و رابطه آن با توسعه حرفه‌اي آن‌ها

Examining the literacy level of preschool teachers curriculum and its relationship with their professional development

پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسي سطح سواد برنامه درسي مربيان پيش‌دبستاني و رابطه آن با توسعه حرفه‌اي آن‌ها انجام شد. روش پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف، كاربردي و از نظر اجرا و شيوه جمع‌آوري داده ها، توصيفي و از نوع همبستگي بود. جامعه آماري در اين مطالعه شامل كليه مربيان پيش دبستاني استان ايلام در سال تحصيلي 1402-1401 به تعداد 788 نفر بوده است. حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول برآورد حجم نمونه مورگان، برابر 258 نفر بود كه پس از مشخص شدن جامعه آماري اعضاي نمونه با روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها در اين پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه‌هاي استاندارد سواد برنامه درسي عباباف و همكاران (1392) و پرسشنامه توسعه حرفه‌اي قنبري و محمدي (1395) بود. تجزيه وتحليل داده‌هاي پژوهش نيز در دو بخش توصيفي (ميانگين،انحراف معيار) و استنباطي از آزمون رگرسيون صورت گرفت. نتايج حاكي از آن است كپ بين سطح سواد برنامه درسي و سطح توسعه حرفه‌‌اي در مربيان پيش‌دبستاني استان ايلام رابطه معني‌داري وجود دارد. بنابراين لازم است زمينه و بستر اجتماعات مجازي و حقيقي در حوزه يادگيري در سازمان آموزش و پرورش براي معلمان افزايش يابد و خروجي و نتايج آنها اطلاع‌رساني شود تا اين همفكري و مشاركت در حوزه دانش بيش از پيش در نزد معلمان ارتقا پيدا كند تا معلمان بتوانند هم در زمينه مسائل فرهنگي و هم در خصوص انگيزش شغلي و تلاش براي كسب دانش، توسعه يابند تا بستر ارتقاي مسير شغلي آنان هموار گردد.

The present study was conducted in order to investigate the literacy level of preschool teachers curriculum and its relationship with their professional development. The method of the current research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and correlational in terms of implementation and method of data collection. The statistical population in this study included all the preschool teachers of Ilam province in the academic year of 2022-2023 in the number of 788 people. According to Morgan s sample size estimation table, the sample size was equal to 258 people who were selected by simple random sampling method after determining the statistical population. The data collection tool in this research included the standard curriculum literacy questionnaires of Ababaf et al. (2013) and the professional development questionnaire of Ghanbari and Mohammadi (2015). The analysis of research data was done in two parts: descriptive (mean, standard deviation) and inferential (regression). The results indicate that the level of curriculum literacy and the level of professional development in preschool teachers in Ilam province is favorable, there is a significant relationship between the level of curriculum literacy and the level of professional development in preschool teachers in Ilam province, the for It is necessary to increase the context and platform of virtual and real communities in the field of learning in the education organization for teachers, and their output and results should be informed so that this consensus and participation in the field of knowledge can be promoted even more among teachers so that teachers can They should be developed both in the field of cultural issues and in terms of career motivation and efforts to acquire knowledge to pave the way for the improvement of their career path.
