A review of the UK education system

از آن جايي كه آموزش و پرورش يكي از نهاد هاي جدايي ناپذير در هر جامعه اي است و در هركجا راه گشاي ماست مي توان با مطالعه و بررسي نظام هاي آموزشي در جهان در برنامه ها و نظام آموزشي كشورمان تجديد نظر كرد و يا از روش هاي موثر براي موفقيت در نظام آموزشي كشور به كار برد . هدف از پژوهش حاضر ، توصيف وبررسي نظام آموزشي كشور فنلاند است . در اين مقاله تاريخچه آموزش و پرورش فنلاند ، ساختار آموزش وپرورش ، مديريت و اداره امور مدارس ،انواع مدارس،مقاطع و مراحل تحصيلي، معلمان و مراكز علمي و فرهنگي، اشتغال دانش آموزان و عدالت آموزشي بررسي شده است و مي توان گفت شادابي ، تاكيد بر كارگروهي، انضباط و شوق به كار و مسئوليت پذيري و راحتي و غير رسمي بودن در آموزش و پرورش فنلاند پرورش داده مي شود . در آخر نيز به جمع بندي از مطالب ارائه شده پرداخته مي شود.

Since education is one of the inseparable institutions in any society and it is our way forward everywhere, it is possible to revise our country s programs and educational system by studying and examining the educational systems in the world, or the methods used effectively for success in the education system of the country. The purpose of this research is to describe and examine the educational system of Finland. In this article, the history of education in Finland, the organization and administration of education, the organization and limits of authority of local education authorities, the management and administration of school affairs, the financial resources of schools, the levels and stages of education, the salaries of teachers and scientific and cultural centers have been examined. And it can be said that cheerfulness, emphasis on working group, discipline and passion for work and responsibility are cultivated in British education. In the end, a summary of the presented materials will be discussed.
