ميزان اثربخشي كوويد 19 بر رشد مهارت فناوري معلمان

The Effectiveness of the COVID-19 on the Growth of Teachers’ Technological Skills (Educational Development in the COVID-19 and Post-COVID Eras)

كوويد 19 كه به طاعون قرن بيست و يك مشهور است. غالب‌ترين پديده اجتماعي - اقتصادي و بهداشتي جهاني است كه بر اساس داده‌هاي پايگاه اطلاعاتي ورلدمترز تا امروز نزديك به شش ميليون و پانصد هزار قرباني داشته است. پديده‌اي بهداشتي كه به‌سرعت وارد تمامي جوانب زندگي بشر شده كه يكي از اين جنبه‌ها، نظام آموزش رسمي مي‌باشد. نظامي كه به كلاس‌هاي حضوري و همچنين تحركات شديد دانش‌آموزان و معلمان مأنوس بوده است را به يكباره وارد دنياي مجازي كرد. اتفاقي كه نشاط را از مدارس حذف نمود، اما توانست حسن‌هاي بسيار مطلوبي نيز به نظام آموزشي بيفزايد. يكي از اين دست حسن‌ها افزايش مهارت فناوري معلمان بوده است. بر اساس تحقيقات انجام شده، كوويد 19 بر روي تحرك دانش‌آموزان، افسردگي و مهارت فناوري معلمان نيز تأثير بسزايي داشته كه هدف اين پژوهش بررسي ميزان اثر بخشي كوويد بر روي مهارت فناوري معلمان است. براي بررسي ميزان اثر بخشي سه مورد فوق به‌واسطه كوييد 19 از روش تحقيق همبستگي بهره‌گيري شده است تا مشخص گردد كوويد 19 چه ميزان بر روي افزايش مهارت معلمان مؤثر بوده است. بدين جهت رگرسيون خطي چندگانه ايجاد گرديد تا ميزان درجه همبستگي بين اين دو مؤلفه بررسي شود. نتايج اين پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد كه از بين سه مورد فوق، كوويد 19 بر روي رشد مهارت فناوري معلمان بيشترين تأثير را داشته است. اميد كه نتايج اين پژوهش به افزايش توانمندي فناوري معلمان كمك شايان توجهي نمايد.

The COVID-19, also known as the plague of the 21st century, is presently considered the most prevalent social, economic, and health phenomenon in the world and has taken the lives of nearly 6,500,000 humans so far based on the data provided by the Worldometers database. It is a health-related phenomenon that quickly permeated every aspect of human life, and the formal education system was one of such aspects. In this way, a system that was used to physical classes and the remarkable activities of students and teachers was suddenly directed toward a virtual world. Though this transformation deprived schools of their joy, it added some very desirable properties to the system. One advantage was enhancing teachers’ technological skills. Previous studies showed that the COVID-19 significantly influenced students’ mobility, their depression, and teachers’ technological skills, and the present study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of the COVID-19 on teachers’ technological skills. The effectiveness of the above three variables by the mediation of the COVID-19 was investigated using the correlational research methodology to see how much the COVID-19 influenced teachers’ technological skills. Thus, multiple linear regressions were implemented to investigate the degree of correlation between the two components. The findings of the study showed that out of the three investigated variables, the COVID-19 had the most significant influence on the growth of teachers’ technological skills. The findings could pave the way to empower teachers’ technologically.
