چكيده فارسي :
پويايي درعرصه علم وعمل نيازمند يادگيري معنادار و مداوم است و سنجش تحقق آن به عهده نظام ارزشيابي مي باشد؛ جهت ارزشيابي٬ از روش هاي كمي٬ كيفي (توصيفي) استفاده مي شود و از آن جا كه ارزشيابي كمي نتوانسته است موفقيت زيادي در ارتقاي سطح دانش، داشته باشد؛ ما شاهد تعداد زيادي ترك تحصيلي٬ تكرار پايه وعدم رضايت از مدرسه بوده ايم٬ بنابراين طرح ارزشيابي توصيفي براي حل مشكلات ارزشيابي كمي(اضطراب٬ محدود كردن خلاقيت و...) طراحي شد؛ كه البته اين طرح نيز به دليل عدم فرهنگ سازي، انگيزه كافي معلمان و نبود امكانات در بعضي مناطق، داراي نارسايي هايي بوده است و اين نوشتار در ابتدا طرح را معرفي، سپس ميزان اثربخشي آن را در تحقق اهداف بررسي و در انتها مشكلات پيش روي آن را بيان كرده است. اين مقاله ي روش شناختي به جاي دوباره كاري تحقيقات قبلي٬ نتايج بدست آمده توسط محققان را بررسي و راه كارهاي مناسب براي اجراي درست طرح را بيان نموده است. تا با رفع موانع به كارايي بيشتر طرح نايل گرديم.

Activeness in field of science and action, globally, needs meaningful, depth, and continual learning and, testing that fulfillment is duty of evaluation discipline, to determine and eliminate. Deficiencies in training. To evaluate, it is used quantitative, qualitative, integrative methods and because quantitative evaluation (testing of comprehensive learning results) can t reach high successfulness to promote level of practical knowledge and we have seen lots of quitting school, failing in term, lack of satisfactory from school therefore the model of qualitative evaluation was created for resolving the problems of quantitative evaluation (including desire to get diplomas, stress, cheating , limiting of creativity, negative view toward school,…), that, this model has some deficiencies because of lock of entire necessary culture, Lack of knowledge, sufficient motivation of teachers and absence of facilities in some area, this study is going to introduce this model and then to examine the influence of descriptive evaluation model in finding out of its purpose, and finally to state virtues issues and challenges that are dealing with descriptive evaluation. This methodology study examined the results of other researches and described useful strategies to suitable method of model instead of repeating the previous researches, so we gain more efficiency for find the solution to obstacles.
