The purpose of the present paper is to reveal the relationship between school organizational health and leader performance at fourteen secondary schools in the city of Qazvin, Iran. Cluster Sampling Method was used for selecting teachers (n = 180) and instruments were Organizational Health Inventory (OHI) and Leader Performance Questionnaire (LPQ) for collecting research data. Results revealed that there is a significant relationship between school organizational health and leader performance at secondary schools. The observation data also reveal that nearly 30 percent of schools are not at the high and sufficient level of organizational health.
