چالش ها و فرصت هاي استفاده از تكنولوژي هاي نوين آموزشي در دوران كرونا در فعاليت هاي آموزشي معلمان

Challenges and opportunities of using new educational technologies in the era of corona virus in teachers educational activities

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحليل چالش ها و فرصت هاي استفاده از تكنولوژي هاي نوين آموزشي در دوران كرونا بر كيفيت فعاليت هاي آموزشي معلمان انجام شده است. روش: با توجه به منابع مطالعاتي در اين پژوهش، تحقيق حاضر از نوع تحقيقات كيفي بوده و پژوهشي توصيفي-تحليلي مي باشد. يافته ها: پژوهش پيش رو بيان مي كند استفاده از تكنولوژي هاي نوين آموزشي در فعاليت هاي آموزشي معلمان با فرصت ها و چالش هايي در حيطه‌هاي شناختي، آموزشي، اقتصادي، فرهنگي_اجتماعي، جسماني و رواني رو به رو بوده است. اين چالش ها عبارتنداز: حيطه شناختي: ناتواني دركنترل صحت منابع در دسترس دانش‌آموزان؛ حيطه آموزشي: مشكلات ارزشيابي؛ حيطه اقتصادي: فقدان زيرساخت‌هاي لازم؛ حيطه فرهنگي و اجتماعي: كاهش تعاملات؛ حيطه جسماني و رواني: افزايش آسيب‌هاي جسماني و كاهش بهداشت رواني. فرصت‌هاي استفاده از تكنولوژي هاي نوين آموزشي در فعاليت هاي آموزشي معلمان عبارتنداز: حيطه شناختي: تغيير نگرش و توسعه حرفه اي معلمان؛ حيطه آموزشي: اثربخشي آموزش و افزايش كيفيت يادگيري دانش‌آموزان؛ حيطه اقتصادي: كاهش هزينه هاي آموزشي؛ حيطه فرهنگي و اجتماعي: افزايش استقلال يادگيرندگان؛ حيطه جسماني و رواني: افزايش اعتماد به-نفس معلمان. نتيجه‌‌ گيري: استفاده از تكنولوژي هاي نوين آموزشي فرصت هايي را در اختيار معلمان قرار مي‌دهد كه مي توانند با شيوه هاي تدريس فعال بيشتر آشنا شوند و با اعتمادبه نفس بيشتري به فعاليت هاي آموزشي خود بپردازند و در نهايت، استفاده از تكنولوژي-هاي نوين آموزشي مي تواند، به عنوان بستري براي توسعه حرفه‌اي معلمان باشد. در اين راستا چالش هايي نيز وجود دارد كه سيستم آموزشي بايد به سمتي حركت كند كه اين موانع مطرح شده را به فرصت هايي براي توانمندي معلمان تبديل كند.

Purpose: The present research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the challenges and opportunities of using new educational technologies in the era of Corona on the quality of teachers educational activities. Method: According to the study sources in this research, the current research is qualitative research and descriptive-analytical research. Findings: This study states that the use of new educational technologies in the educational activities of teachers has faced opportunities and challenges in cognitive, educational, economic, socio-cultural, physical and psychological fields. These challenges include: Cognitive field: the inability to control the validity of the resources available to students; Educational field: evaluation problems; Economic field: lack of necessary infrastructure; Cultural and social field: reduction of interactions; Physical and mental field: increase in physical injuries and decrease in mental health. The opportunities of using new educational technologies in the educational activities of teachers are: Cognitive field: changing the attitude and professional development of teachers; Educational field: teaching effectiveness and increasing the quality of students learning; Economic field: reduction of educational costs; Cultural and social field: increasing the independence of learners; Physical and mental field: increasing teachers self-confidence. Conclusion: The use of new educational technologies provides opportunities for teachers to become more familiar with active teaching methods and engage in their educational activities with more confidence and finally, the use of new educational technologies can be used as a way for teachers professional development. In this path, there are also challenges that the educational system should try to turn them into opportunities for the empowerment of teachers.
