مطالعه تطبيقي تحولات آموزشي در حوزه سواد ديجيتال در دوره كرونا و پساكرونا در نظام آموزشي ايران و كانادا و ارائه راهكارهايي جهت بهبود نظام آموزشي ايران

A comparative study of educational developments in the field of digital literacy in the period of Corona and post-corona in the education system of Iran and Canada and providing solutions to improve the education system of Iran

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تحليل و تطبيق تحولات آموزشي در حوزه سواد ديجيتال در دوره كرونا و پساكرونا در نظام آموزشي ايران و كانادا است. جامعه پژوهش از نوع متني شامل مطالعات پژوهشي در حوزه سواد ديجيتال و اسناد بالادستي نظام‌هاي آموزشي ايران و كانادا است. نمونه پژوهش شامل سند تحول بنيادين آموزش و پرورش، برنامه درسي ملي، طرح آموزش مهارت‌هاي برنامه نويسي و سواد ديجيتالي، سند سواد ديجيتال وزارت آموزش و پرورش بريتيش كلمبيا، برنامه درسي مهارت‌هاي زبان انتاريو، برنامه‌درسي آموزش فناوري آتلانتيك كانادا و مطالعات پژوهشي منتشر شده در فاصله زماني 13991تا 1401 است. اجراي پژوهش از طريق تحليل اسنادي و تحليل محتوا است. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات يك چك ليست 25 گويه‌اي است كه تحولات آموزشي در حوزه سواد ديجيتال در دوره كرونا و پساكرونا را به لحاظ اهداف، روش آموزشي و محتوا مورد سنجش قرار داد. براي تحليل اطلاعات از آزمون خي دو استفاده شد. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد كه در نظام آموزشي كشور ايران در مقايسه با نظام آموزشي كشور كانادا، به اهداف، محتوا و روش آموزش سواد ديجيتال در دوره كرونا و پساكرونا توجه نشده است. به عنوان نتيجه، اگر بخواهيم محتوا و روش‌هاي آموزش سواد ديجيتال در دوره پساكرونا در نظام آموزشي ايران تصور كنيم، بايستي در چشم انداز و اسناد بالادستي نظام آموزشي كشور بدان توجه شود. چنان كه با توجه نيروي انساني متعهد در كشور ايران، فرصت‌هاي توسعه آموزش سواد ديجيتال امكان پذير است. بنابراين نبود هدف‌گذاري براي آموزش سواد ديجيتال، مانع اصلي تحقق محتوا و روش‌هاي آموزش سواد ديجيتال در نظام آموزشي ايران است.

The purpose of the current research is to analyze and adapt educational developments in the field of digital literacy in the period of Corona and post-corona in the educational system of Iran and Canada. The text-type research community includes research studies in the field of digital literacy and upstream documents of the educational systems of Iran and Canada. The research sample includes the fundamental transformation of education document, national curriculum, programming skills and digital literacy training plan, British Columbia Ministry of Education digital literacy document, Ontario language skills curriculum, Atlantic Canada technology education curriculum and research studies published in The time interval is 13991 to 1401. Research implementation is through document analysis and content analysis. The data collection tool is a 25-item checklist that measured educational developments in the field of digital literacy in the corona and post-corona periods in terms of goals, educational methods, and content. Chi-square test was used for data analysis. The results show that in the educational system of Iran, compared to the educational system of Canada, the goals, content and method of teaching digital literacy have not been paid attention to during the corona and post-corona period. As a result, if we want to imagine the content and methods of teaching digital literacy in the post-corona era in Iran s educational system, it should be taken into account in the perspective and upper documents of the country s educational system. As with the attention of committed human resources in Iran, opportunities to develop digital literacy education are possible. Therefore, the lack of targeting for digital literacy education is the main obstacle to realizing the content and methods of digital literacy education in Iran s educational system.
