ازآنجايي كه علم و موضوعات آن حد و مرز نمي شناسد و در هركجا راه گشاي ماست مي توان با مطالعه و بررسي نظام هاي آموزشي در جهان در برنامه ها و نظام آموزشي كشورمان صرف نظر كرد يا راه هاي بهتري براي موثر نمودن و موفق شدن در نظام آموزشي به كاربرد هدف از پژوهش حاضر توصيف و بررسي آموزش و پرورش در كشور فرانسه مي باشد. در اين مقاله مقوله هاي اهداف آموزش و پرورش، محتواي برنامه درسي در كشور فرانسه، محتواي تدريس حرفه اي، تاريخچه آموزش و پرورش، فرايند ياددهي-يادگيري و برنامه درسي ، آموزش ابتدايي و متوسطه ،نحوه استخدام معلمين در كشور فرانسه بررسي گشته، روش تحقيق اين پژوهش از نوع كتابخانه اي بوده و كتاب ها و مقاله هاي تاليف شده در اين راستا استفاده شده است، ميتوان گفت سخت كوشي و خود اتكايي، صرفه جويي و قناعت، نظم و انضباط و استفاده ي صحيح از وقت نيز از ويژگي هاي فرانسوي ها است و به همين دليل است كه نظام آموزش و پرورش ويژه و بسيار خوبي جهت تدريس و ارزشيابي دارند، پس از بررسي هاي صورت گرفته به جمع بندي و نتيجه گيري پرداخته شده است.
