از آنجايي كه علم و موضوعات آن حد و مرز نمي شناسد و در هركجا راه گشاي ماست مي توان با مطالعه و بررسي نظام هاي آموزشي در جهان در برنامه ها و نظام آموزشي كشورمان صرف نظر كرد يا راه هاي بهتري براي موثر نمودن و موفق شدن در نظام آموزشي به كاربرد هدف از پژوهش حاضر توصيف و بررسي آموزش و پرورش در كشور آمريكا مي باشد. سيستم آموزشي هر كشور يكي از اركان پيشرفت آن كشور است و همواره انتظار عمومي از اين سيستم پرورش و تربيت انسان ها براي ورود به جامعه است؛ بنابراين افراد مسئول در زمينه هاي كلان سيستم آموزشي بايد بتوانند نظام آموزشي كشور را با آگاهي از سيستم آموزشي ديگر جوامع و بر اساس مشخصات بومي كشور طراحي كنند و به شكل دوره اي آن را بررسي و اصلاح كنند. در راستاي چنين سياستي اين مقاله سعي دارد با نگاهي به بخش هاي سيستم آموزشي كشور آمريكا بر پايه تحقيقات كتابخانه اي ابعاد آموزش و پرورش اين كشور را بشناسد و اصلاحات روي داده در مقاطع مختلف تحصيلي در ساليان اخير را بررسي نمايد. ابتدا تمامي مقاطع نظام آموزشي آمريكا را به اجمال معرفي ميكنيم و سپس نحوه آموزش معلمين را بيان مي نماييم.

The educational system of any country is one of the pillars of that country s progress, and the general expectation is always from this system of raising and educating people to enter the society; Therefore, the people responsible in the macro fields of the education system should be able to design the education system of the country with the knowledge of the education system of other societies and based on the country s native characteristics, and review and modify it periodically. In line with such a policy, this article tries to know the dimensions of education in this country by looking at the parts of the education system of USA based on library research and examines the reforms that have taken place in different levels of education in recent years. First, we will briefly introduce all the stages of the USA education system and then explain how to train teachers.
