مطالعه تطبيقي نظام آموزش فني و حرفه اي در جمهوري چك و ايران

مطالعه حاضر با هدف مطالعه نظام آموزش فني و حرفه اي در كشور چك و مقايسه آن با نظام آموزش فني و حرفه اي ايران انجام شده است.رويكرد اصلي اين پژوهش تطبيقي،توصيفي و روش پژوهش ،مورد- تحليلي است كه به توصيف و تحليل و مقايسه بخشي از نظام آموزشي اين دو كشور كه مرتبط با آموزش براي ورود به دنياي كار و زندگي اجتماعي است، مي پردازد. براي جمع آوري اطلاعات مورد نياز از روش مروري استفاده شده است. از آنجا كه كشور جمهوري چك يكي از كشورهاي با درصد بسيار پايين بيكاري و بر اساس گزارشات سازمان همكاري و توسعه اقتصادي بين المللي ،يكي از كشورهاي موفق در حوزه آموزش فني و حرفه اي است، پژوهش حاضر تلاش مي كند نظام آموزشي فني و حرفه اي اين كشور را بررسي و در مقايسه با آنچه در ايران اجرا مي گردد از تجارب موفق اين كشور به عنوان راهنمايي براي بهره گيري در بازنگري نظام آموزش فني و حرفه اي كشورمان استفاده كند.نتايج مطالعه نشان مي دهد كه نظام آموزش فني و حرفه اي جمهوري چك مزايايي نسبت به آنچه در ايران اجرا مي شود دارد كه مي توان از آن در جهت ارتقاء سطح كيفي آموزش هاي فني و حرفه اي در ايران بهره جست: - برنامه هاي تحصيلي و دوره هاي آموزشي در جمهوري چك بسيار گسترده و كامل هستند و مسير ادامه تحصيل به صورت حرفه اي بر اساس سطح موفقيت در دوره قبلي مشخص و باز است. - در جمهوري چك برخورداري از دانش و تخصص در حوزه هاي مختلف موجب شده كه مهارتهاي فني و حرفه اي نيروي كار در عرصه هاي مختلف پايدار باشد. - نظام آموزشي جمهوري چك طبق استاندارد هاي جهاني كارايي قابل قبولي را ارائه داده است.و استاندارد سازي در حوزه فني و حرفه اي موجب موفقيت دوره هاي اموزشي در اين حوزه شده است. - استفاده از فناوري هاي نوين(واقعيت مجازي)در فرايند هاي ياددهي – يادگيري سطح كيفي اين اموزش ها را بالا برده است. - ارتبط تنگاتنگي ميان اين اموزش ها و نياز بازار كار و صنعت در كشور چك وجود دارد و بازا كار يكي از اركان مهم حمايت اين آموزش ها محسوب مي شود.

he present study aims to investigate the technical and vocational education system in the Czech Republic and compare it with that of Iran. The main approach of this comparative, descriptive, and analytical research is to describe, analyze, and compare a part of the educational system of these two countries, which is related to vocational training for entering the job market and social life. The review method was used to collect the required information. Since the Czech Republic is one of the countries with a very low unemployment rate and according to reports from the International Economic Cooperation Organization, one of the successful countries in the field of technical and vocational education, this research tries to examine the technical and vocational education system of this country and use its successful experiences as a guidance for reviewing our country s technical and vocational education system. The results of the study show that the technical and vocational education system in the Czech Republic has advantages over what is implemented in Iran, which can be utilized to improve the quality level of technical and vocational education in Iran: Educational programs and courses in the Czech Republic are very extensive and comprehensive, and the career path based on the success level in the previous course is clear and open. The acquisition of knowledge and expertise in various fields in the Czech Republic has made the technical and vocational skills of the workforce sustainable in different areas. The technical and vocational education system in the Czech Republic has provided an acceptable level of performance according to global standards. Standardization in the technical and vocational field has led to the success of these courses. The use of innovative technologies (virtual reality) in the teaching-learning process has raised the quality level of these courses. There is a close relationship between these courses and the needs of the job market and industry in the Czech Republic, and employment is one of the important pillars of supporting these courses.
