بررسي ارتباط مديريت مدرسه و موفقيت تحصيلي در دانش آموزان: بررسي تطبيقي سه كشور ايران، كره جنوبي و ژاپن

Investigating the relationship between school management and academic success among students: A comparative study of three countries, Iran, South Korea, and Japan

در اين مقاله، ارتباط مديريت مدرسه و موفقيت تحصيلي در دانش آموزان سه كشور، ايران، كره جنوبي و ژاپن بررسي مي‌شود. هدف از اين پژوهش، بررسي و مقايسه ارتباط مديريت مدرسه و موفقيت تحصيلي در دانش آموزان در سه كشور هست. تحقيق حاضر ازنظر هدف كاربردي و يك پژوهش كيفي است كه با روش تطبيقي و به كمك الگوي بردي (۱۹۶۹) و نيز روش توصيفي – مقايسه‌اي انجام‌شده است. در اين پژوهش، مديران مدارس و دانش آموزان سه كشور موردمطالعه قرارگرفته‌اند. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد كه مديريت مدرسه مي‌تواند به‌طور مثبتي بر روي موفقيت تحصيلي دانش آموزان تأثيرگذار باشد. علاوه بر اين، نتايج براي سه كشور متفاوت بوده و نشان مي‌دهد كه رويكرد‌هاي مختلف در مديريت مدارس، مي‌توانند در موفقيت تحصيلي دانش آموزان تأثيرگذار باشند. بر اساس نتايج به‌دست‌آمده، مديريت مدرسه مي‌تواند به‌عنوان يكي از عوامل موفقيت تحصيلي در دانش آموزان مطرح گردد. از طرفي، براي بهبود مديريت مدرسه و بهبود موفقيت تحصيلي دانش آموزان، بهبود سياست‌هاي آموزشي و پرورشي موردنياز است.

This article investigates the relationship between school management and academic success of students in three countries, Iran, South Korea, and Japan. The aim of this research is to examine and compare the relationship between school management and academic success of students in these three countries. Methods used: a comparative research method was employed to achieve this goal, and data was collected through a questionnaire. In this study, school managers and students in the three countries were studied. The results show that school management can have a positive impact on students academic success. In addition, the results are different for the three countries and show that different approaches to school management can have an impact on students academic success. Based on the results obtained, school management can be considered as one of the factors contributing to students academic success. On the other hand, improving educational policies is necessary to improve school management and students academic success.
