چكيده فارسي :
با شروع هزاره جديد، بسياري از جوامع در حال درگيرشدن در اصلاحات آموزشي جدي هستند. در نظام آموزشي، رشد صلاحيت‌هاي معلم و توسعه حرفه‌اي او داراي اهميت است و معلم به‌عنوان ركن اساسي بايد از دانش، مهارت و بينش كافي برخوردار باشد. معلم كارگزار اصلي تعليم‌وتربيت و روح نظام آموزشي هر كشوري است و با كوشش خردمندانه اوست كه اهداف متعالي نظام آموزشي كشور محقق مي‌شود. تأكيد بر نقش و جايگاه معلم به اين دليل است كه توسعه معلم در زمينه دانش، مهارت و بينش او در نهايت موجب بهبود عملكرد دانش‌آموزان و افزايش موفقيت آنان را فراهم خواهد ساخت؛ بنابراين توسعه حرفه‌اي معلمان، به‌عنوان مهم‌ترين نيروي انساني در نظام تعليم‌وتربيت، داراي اهميت فراوان است. جوامع يادگيري حرفه‌اي رويكردي براي توسعه حرفه‌اي معلمان است. پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسي فرايند توسعه حرفه‌اي معلمان و راهكارهاي موجود جهت تسريع اين امر و بررسي و تمركز بر رويكرد جديد جوامع يادگيري صورت‌گرفته است. اين پژوهش با رويكرد پژوهش‌هاي كيفي (مروري) و اطلاعات موردنياز آن از طريق اسناد و مدارك كتابخانه‌اي، گزارش‌هاي تحقيقي، جستجو در شبكه جهاني اينترنت گردآوري شده است. نتايج به‌دست‌آمده نشان مي‌دهد كه توسعه حرفه‌اي معلمان به‌طوركلي بر تغيير نگرش‌ها، عملكردها، باورها و مهارت‌هاي معلمان متمركز است و اين تغييرات منجر به تغييرات خاصي در حوزه رفتار و عملكرد كلاسي آنان مي‌شود كه در نهايت موجب بهبود يادگيري كلاسي دانش‌آموزان مي‌شود. همچنين يك جامعه يادگيرنده داراي ابعادي از جمله ارزش‌ها و هنجارهاي مشترك، گفت‌وگوي بازتابي يا انعكاسي، كاهش زمان تدريس، تمركز جمعي بر يادگيري دانش‌آموزان و همكاري مبتنــي بر ارتباط بين همكاران است. جوامع يادگيري چالش‌هايي مانند ماهيت گسسته برنامه درسي، توسعه ناكافي فضاي آموزشي و رشد پيچيدگي و ماهيت بين‌رشته‌اي مسائل را حل كنند.

As the new millennium begins, many societies are engaging in serious educational reform. In the educational system, the development of the teacher s qualifications and his professional development are important, and the teacher as the main pillar must have sufficient knowledge, skills and insight. The teacher is the main agent of education and the soul of the education system of any country, and it is with his wise effort that the education of the country s education system is realized. Role over role and position is due to the fact that the teacher in the field of knowledge, skill and vision ultimately improves the performance of students and increases their success. Therefore, the professionalism of teachers, as the most important human force in the education system, is very high. Specialized professional communities for the professional development of teachers. The current research was carried out with the aim of investigating the process of professional development of teachers and the available solutions to accelerate this and to investigate the new environments of societies. This research has been globalized with qualitative research and its required information through library documents, research reports, and searching on internet networks. The obtained results show that the professional development of teachers generally affects the changes in teachers attitudes, practices, beliefs and skills, and these changes lead to specific changes in their classroom behavior and performance, which ultimately improve students classroom performance. Also, a learning community has a combination of shared values and norms, reflective or reflexive dialogue, reduced teaching time, a pool of students, and communication-based collaboration among colleagues. To solve the challenges of the societies such as the discrete nature of the curriculum, the insufficient development of the educational space and the complexity and monthly interdisciplinary issues.
