مروري بر بازخورد و تاثير متقابل رفتار معلم روي پيشرفت تحصيلي دانش آموزان

A review of the feedback and the mutual effect of the teacher s behavior on the students academic progress

هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعيين نقش اهداف پيشرفت و بازخورد معلم بر درگيري تحصيلي با واسطه گري خودگويي انگيزشي مي باشد. مقاله حاضر به روش مروري- كتابخانه اي است، كه با توجه به نظرات انديشمندان اين عرصه به رشته تحرير در آمده است. هدف از اين مطالعه بررسي نقش معلم بر روي پيشرفت تحصيلي دانش‌آموزان مي‌باشد. محتواي لازم براي نگارش اين مطالعه از طريق جستجو در پايگاه‌هاي اطلاعاتي (SID)، scholar G و موتور جستجوي گوگل بدست آمده است. كه نتايج بدست آمده نشان داده‌اند كه تعليم و تربيت فرزندان امروز و فردا به معلماني با انگيزه و كارآمد نياز دارد. نقش معلم در توسعه پايدار به خوبي مشخص و با فراهم آوردن شرايط مناسب، منزلت اجتماعي بالايي را براي اين حرفه بايد در نظر گرفت. نيل به يك معلم اثربخش كه بتواند تدريس و در نتيجه آموزش و پرورشي اثربخش را محقق سازد، پيشتر خود مستلزم تحقق شرايط و زمينه‌هايي است. از جمله اين شرايط و زمينه ها، رعايت استانداردهاي حرفه معلمي است كه حضور آنها موجب مي شود معلم تمامي همت و توان خويش را به ميدان عمل مدرسه و كلاس درس وارد سازد. بايد با مفهوم استانداردهاي حرفه معلمي و اهميت و نقش آن در عرصه كار تدريس آشنا شد و در جهت ارتقاي سطح آن در ميان معلمان تلاش نمود.

The purpose of the current research is to determine the role of progress goals and teacher feedback on academic engagement with the mediation of motivational self-talk. This article is a review-library method, which was written according to the opinions of scholars in this field. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of the teacher on the academic progress of students. The necessary content for writing this study was obtained through searching in databases (SID), scholar G and Google search engine. The obtained results have shown that the education of today s and tomorrow s children needs motivated and efficient teachers. The role of the teacher in sustainable development is well defined and by providing suitable conditions, a high social status for this profession should be considered. Achieving an effective teacher who can teach and thus achieve effective education requires the fulfillment of conditions and contexts. Among these conditions and fields is the observance of the standards of the teacher s profession, whose presence makes the teacher put all his effort and strength into the school and classroom. One should get familiar with the concept of standards of the teaching profession and its importance and role in the field of teaching and try to improve its level among teachers.
