تحليل پديدارشناسانه راهبردهاي بهبود سهل انگاري تحصيلي در دانش آموزان ابتدايي

رفتار سهل انگاري تحصيلي كه امروزه در ميان دانش آموزان شايع شده است مي تواند عواقب و آثار بدي در آينده برايشان داشته باشد .مطالعه حاضر با هدف شناسايي راهبرد هاي بهبود سهل انگاري تحصيلي در دانش آموزان انجام شده است . اين پژوهش با رويكرد كيفي با روش پديدارشناسي و با نمونه گيري هدفمند درسترس انجام شده است. حجم نمونه وابسته به اشباع نظري داده ها با بررسي تجربه 7 معلم موفق در اين موضوع مورد تحليل و بررسي قرار گرفت. داده ها از طريق مصاحبه نيمه ساختارمند جمع آوري شد. تحليل داده ها به شناسايي پنج دسته راهبرد براي بهبود سهل انگاري تحصيلي در دانش آموزان شد تحت عناوين نقش خانواده ،خلق مسئوليت معلم، شيوه تدريس معلم، تشويق معلم و ارتباط معلم و شاگرد ،كه معلمان با شناخت اين راهبرد ها و به كارگيري اين موارد در محيط آموزشي كلاس ميتوانند باعث كنترل و كاهش رفتار سهل انگاري تحصيلي در دانش آموزان شوند.

The academic negligence behavior that is common among students today can have consequences and bad effects for them in the future. The present study was conducted with the aim of identifying strategies to improve academic negligence in students. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach using the phenomenological method and with targeted sampling. The sample size related to the theoretical saturation of the data was analyzed and investigated by examining the experience of 7 successful teachers in this matter. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. Data analysis identified five categories of strategies to improve academic negligence in students under the headings of family role, creating teacher responsibility, teacher teaching style, teacher encouragement and teacher-student relationship, which teachers by knowing these strategies and applying these cases In the educational environment of the class, they can control and reduce academic negligence in students.
