Aim and Background: we are trying to ensure the size of the nanoparticles produced and the correct loading of eugenol and the absence of accumulation, and damage to the tissues by the nanoparticles made for the use of drugs from nanoparticles. Methods: Preparing chitosan nanoparticles containing eugenol (CncE) and checking the size of nanoparticles with a DLS device and performing FTIR, DPPH, TEM, and ZETA Potential tests as confirmation tests for nanoparticles and eugenol loading. Daily gavage of 1 ml/rat of prepared nanoparticles for 4 weeks to 7 rats and Slides were prepared from different tissues and examined by a pathologist. Results and discussion: The size of nanoparticles is 122 nm by DLS device and DPPH test to confirm the antioxidant property of nanoparticles and FTIR, TEM, and Zeta potential tests confirmed the correct loading of eugenol on nanoparticles. In examining the pathology of different tissues where there was a possibility of accumulation and tissue damage, no effects of accumulation and tissue damage were observed. According to the articles referring to the sensitivity of the size and amount of use and toxicity of nanoparticles, fortunately with the correct selection of the researchers of this project, the health of this nanoparticle was confirmed in this research. Conclusion: The new CncE was investigated in terms of nano parameters and pathological effects on the tissues of different organs of the rat in this study, and its health was confirmed that using this nanoparticle in future studies.
