چكيده فارسي :
در عصر كنوني توانايي خلق و توسعه دانش بستر خوبي براي به كارگيري دانش، اشتراكگذاري و باز توليد دانش ميباشد به گونهاي كه تجاري سازي دانش براي بقاي دانشگاهها امري لازم و ضروري تلقي ميشود. اين پژوهش با هدف شناسايي و رتبهبندي عوامل تقويتكننده شبكه دانش در دانشگاه پيامنور واحد تهران شمال، در بين دانشجويان مهندسي صنايع صورت پذيرفت. جهت گردآوري اطلاعات از پرسشنامه استفاده شده است و حجم نمونه به شيوه نمونهگيري تصادفي براساس تعداد كل دانشجويان بالغ بر ۶۰۰ دانشجو، ۲۳۴.۳۹ برآورد شد. پس از شناسايي عوامل موثر بر توسعه شبكه دانش دانشگاهي با تكيه بر پژوهشهاي پيشين و ادبيات موضوع از ۱۵ معيار جهت اثرگذاري در تقويت شبكه دانش دانشگاهي با نظر خبرگان اولويتبندي وزن معيارها استفاده و ماتريس معيار بدست آمد كه اولويتبندي اين عوامل با نظر 5 تا از خبرگان انجام و سپس ماتريس موزون نرمال شد و اولويت اصلي آنها با اعداد تحليل شده از روش خاكستري مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفت. شاخص فرهنگ دانشجويان در شبكههاي دانش در اولويت اول و تاثير فرهنگ اشتراك دانش در دانشگاه، توسعه شبكه دانش در دانشگاه، تاثير شبكه اينترنت در شبكههاي دانش در دانشگاه، تاثير شبكه دانش بر سيستم نوآوري دانشگاه در اولويت دوم تا پنجم قرار گرفتند.

Today, the basis of wealth is the authority of countries based on knowledge; The development of knowledge networks leads to the comprehensive growth of the country, especially in the field of universities. In the current era, the ability to create and develop knowledge is a good platform for applying knowledge, sharing and reproducing knowledge. It is considered necessary, while studies show that less attention has been paid to the method of knowledge commercialization in Iranian universities. That is, what has been considered in our universities is mostly the issue of education. The aim of this study was to identify and rank the factors that enhance the development of knowledge network in Payame Noor University, North Tehran Branch, among industrial engineering students and the effective factors in developing the knowledge network of the university were evaluated using Gray Aras technique with the opinions of university experts. The present study was conducted with a quantitative descriptive survey approach with a statistical population defined in this field between undergraduate, graduate and doctoral programs in industrial engineering of Payame Noor University, North Tehran Branch. The data collection method was a questionnaire in the field of identifying effective factors and enhancing the development of knowledge network and the sample size was estimated by random sampling method using Cochran sampling formula based on the total number of 600 students, 234.39. The validity and content of the questionnaire were estimated with Cronbach s alpha coefficient of 96%. After identifying the factors affecting the development of the university knowledge network, relying on previous research and literature, the issue was studied on a case-by-case basis. Accepted, and we obtained the criterion matrix, which prioritized these factors with the opinion of experts, and then the normalized matrix matched their main priority with the analysis numbers of the gray method. Knowledge Integration Index with a weight of 0.391 is more important in ranking the factors affecting the development of knowledge network in Payame Noor University and was given the first priority and the development of knowledge network in the university, student culture in knowledge networks, the impact of knowledge network On the university innovation system, the expansion of the knowledge network in the university innovation system with the weights of 0.37, 0.36, 0.35, 0.34 were in the second to fifth priority, respectively. As a result, university networks are considered as an important source of knowledge and communication tools in the world for the university and a factor of motivation and academic achievement of students.
