بررسي رابطه بين شايستگيهاي مديريتي و عملكرد مالي شركتهاي توليدي كوچك با نقش واسطه‌اي مديريت موجودي (مورد مطالعه: شهرك صنعتي شمس آباد در تهران)

Investigating the relationship between managerial competencies and financial performance of small manufacturing companies with the mediating role of inventory management

تصميم‌گيري در مورد موجودي كالا يك فرآيند پويا است كه تحت تاثير شايستگي هاي مديريتي مي‌باشد، با توجه به اهميت ميزان موجودي كالا و مديريت آن براي تصميمات سرمايه‌گذاري و تاثيري كه بر سودآوري شركت‌ها دارد، دستيابي به عملكرد مالي برتر همواره يك چالش ذهني و عملي براي مديران اين شركت‌ها است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي نقش واسطه‌اي مديريت موجودي بر رابطه بين شايستگيهاي مديريتي و عملكرد مالي شركتهاي توليدي كوچك صورت گرفت. اين پژوهش از لحاظ هدف كاربردي و از نظر روش گردآوري داده‌ها توصيفي – همبستگي است. جامعه آماري تحقيق حاضر شامل كليه مديران ارشد شركت‌هاي توليدي كوچك در شهرك صنعتي شمس آباد در تهران است كه حجم نمونه مورد نياز با استفاده از روش مورد نياز براي مدليابي معادلات ساختاري و با توجه به 28 گويه پژوهش، 200 نفر محاسبه شد، كه به روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوري در اين پژوهش، پرسشنامه استاندارد بوده است، كه روايي آن به روش روايي صوري و پايايي اين پرسشنامه با استفاده از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ تاييد شد. جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده‌هاي جمع آوري شده از روش مدلسازي معادلات ساختاري توسط نرم افزار اسمارت پي‌ال‌اس استفاده گرديد. نتايج نشان داد بين شايستگيهاي مديريتي و عملكرد مالي رابطه معني‌داري وجود دارد، همچنين رابطه شايستگيهاي مديريتي و مديريت موجودي، و رابطه بين مديريت موجودي و عملكرد مالي تاييد شد. در نهايت مشخص شد مديريت موجودي در رابطه بين شايستگيهاي مديريتي و عملكرد مالي نقش ميانجي دارد.

Deciding on inventory is a dynamic process that is influenced by managerial skills, considering the importance of inventory and its management for investment decisions and the impact it has on the profitability of companies, achieving superior financial performance is always a mental and practical challenge for The managers of these companies. The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the mediating role of inventory management on the relationship between managerial competencies and financial performance of small manufacturing companies. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of this research includes all senior managers of small manufacturing companies in Shams-Abad industrial town in Tehran, and the required sample size was calculated using the method required for modeling structural equations and considering 28 research subjects, 200 people, which is Simple random sampling method was chosen. The collection tool in this research was a standard questionnaire, the validity of which was confirmed by the face validity method and the reliability of this questionnaire was confirmed using Cronbach s alpha coefficient. In order to analyze the collected data, structural equation modeling method was used by SmartPLS software. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between managerial competencies and financial performance, also the relationship between managerial competencies and inventory management, and the relationship between inventory management and financial performance was confirmed. Finally, it was found that inventory management plays a mediating role in the relationship between managerial competencies and financial performance.
