Investigating the impact of online financial management on the financial and commercial expansion of organizations by mediating economic growth

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسي تاثير مديريت مالي آنلاين بر گسترش مالي و تجاري سازمان ها با ميانجي گري رشد اقتصادي مي باشد. در اين تحقيق به اهم عوامل مؤثر تحت كنترل مديريت بر گسترش مالي و تجاري سازمان ها با ميانجي گري رشد اقتصادي تاكيد شده است و مورد مطالعه، مديريت شركت مهندسي فراب وابسته به وزارت نيرو فعاليت در حوزه نيروگاه هاي آبي و حرارتي داخلي و برون مرزي، براي سالهاي 1397-1401 است. داده‌ها و اطلاعات تحقيق از طريق كتابخانه‌اي و مصاحبه گردآوري شده است؛ در اين تحقيق شش عامل حجم سپرده، مديريت تسهيلات، مديريت نقدينگي، ريسك اعتباري، مديريت هزينه و تعادل بين منابع و مصارف بعنوان متغير مستقل و گسترش مالي و تجاري سازمان ها با ميانجي گري رشد اقتصادي بعنوان متغير وابسته تلقي گرديده است؛ به منظور تجزيه و تحليل داده ها، از آمار توصيفي و آمار استنباطي استفاده شده است.. نتايج اين تحقيق حاكي از آن است كه بين همه متغيرهاي مستقل (به جز متغير مديريت تسهيلات) با گسترش مالي و تجاري سازمان ها با ميانجي گري رشد اقتصادي، همبستگي معناداري وجود دارد كه متغيرهاي مديريت نقدينگي و تعادل بين منابع و مصارف رابطه مستقيم و متغيرهاي حجم سپرده، ريسك اعتباري و مديريت هزينه رابطه معكوس با گسترش مالي و تجاري سازمان ها با ميانجي گري رشد اقتصادي دارند.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of online financial management on the financial and commercial expansion of organizations by mediating economic growth. In this research, the most important effective factors under the control of the management on the financial and commercial expansion of organizations through the mediation of economic growth have been emphasized, and the subject of study is the management of Farab Engineering Company, affiliated to the Ministry of Energy, operating in the field of domestic and overseas hydro and thermal power plants. It is for the years 1397-1401. Research data and information have been collected through library and interview; In this research, six factors of deposit volume, facility management, liquidity management, credit risk, cost management and balance between resources and expenses are considered as independent variables and the financial and commercial development of organizations with the mediation of economic growth as a dependent variable; In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics have been used. The results of this research indicate that there is a relationship between all the independent variables (except for the facility management variable) with the financial and commercial expansion of organizations with the mediation of economic growth. There is a significant correlation that the variables of liquidity management and the balance between resources and expenses have a direct relationship and the variables of deposit volume, credit risk and cost management have an inverse relationship with the financial and commercial expansion of organizations through the mediation of economic growth.
