ارتباط مديريت ريسك و خودكارآمدي كارآفرينانه در صنعت ساختمان ايران

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسي ارتباط مديريت ريسك و خودكارآمدي كارآفرينانه در صنعت ساختمان ايران مي باشد. اين تحقيق از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر شيوه گردآوري اطلاعات تحقيق توصيفي از نوع پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري پژوهش شامل، كارشناسان، كارفرمايان و مهندسان پروژه‌هاي ساخت، اجرايي و عمراني شهر تهران مي باشد كه يك نمونه 294 نفري از آنها با استفاده از فرمول انتخاب شده است. در اين پژوهش ما بر اساس شش شاخص مهارت شناخت فرصت هاي بازار و توسعه محصول جديد، مهارت ايجاد محيط نوآورانه كارآفريني، مهارت ايجاد رابطه با سرمايه گذاران، مهارت شناسايي هدف اصلي، مهارت رويارويي با چالش هاي غير منتظره و مهارت توسعه منابع انساني، به بررسي تاثير مديريت ريسك بر خودكارآمدي كارآفرينانه پرداخته ايم. نتايج بررسي ها نشان مي دهد هر شش شاخص تاثير مثبت و معناداري در خودكارآمدي كارآفرينانه دارند. همچنين از ميان شاخص‌ها مهارت شناخت فرصت‌هاي بازار و توسعه محصول جديد و مهارت شناسايي هدف اصلي سهم بيشتري در پيش بيني خودكارآمدي كارآفرينانه دارند.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between risk management and entrepreneurial self-efficacy in the construction industry of Iran. This research is a descriptive survey research in terms of practical purpose and in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of the research includes experts, employers and engineers of construction, implementation and construction projects in Tehran, a sample of 294 of them was selected using the formula. In this research, based on six indicators of the skill of recognizing market opportunities and new product development, the skill of creating an innovative entrepreneurial environment, the skill of establishing a relationship with investors, the skill of identifying the main goal, the skill of facing unexpected challenges, and the skill of developing human resources. We have investigated the impact of risk management on entrepreneurial self-efficacy. The results of the surveys show that all six indicators have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Also, among the indicators, the skill of recognizing market opportunities and new product development and the skill of identifying the main goal have a greater contribution in predicting entrepreneurial self-efficacy.
