Locating the tourist walking route in the lands of Abbas Abad, Tehran, using the space syntax technique

ترتيبات قرارگيري فضاهاي شهري در كنار يكديگر و اتصالات آن‌ها، مي‌تواند اثر شگرفي بر حركت طبيعي افراد در فضاها داشته باشد. اين پژوهش توصيفي-تحليلي با رويكرد كيفي، با هدف مكان‌يابي مسير پياده گردشگري در اراضي عباس‌آباد با استفاده از تكنيك چيدمان فضا تدوين شده است. نتايج پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد كه معابري كه بي‌توجه به گردش جريان حركت در منطقه كشيده شده، موجب شده است كه عمده فضاهاي مجموعه به صورت مجزا و فاقد ارتباط با يكديگر عمل كنند. به منظور بهبود شرايط و بهره‌مندي از فرصت بازديد تمامي فضاها، مسير گردشگري پياده به صورت يكپارچه در مجموعه پيشنهاد شده است.

Arrangements for placing urban spaces next to each other and their connections can have a tremendous effect on the natural movement of people in spaces. This descriptive-analytical research with a qualitative approach has been compiled with the aim of locating the tourist walking route in the lands of Abbas Abad using the technique of spatial arrangement. The results of the research show that the passages that have been built regardless of the traffic flow in the area have caused most of the spaces in the complex to function separately and without communication with each other. In order to improve the conditions and benefit from the opportunity to visit all the spaces, a walking tourism route has been proposed as an integrated part of the complex.
