كاهش تصادفت به علت نقص فني خودرو به دلايل مختلفي از جمله پيشرفت صنعت خودرو و قوانين كه در رابطه با معاينه فني و بالا رفتن استاندارد هاي خودرو صورت گرفته است. در اين تحقيق با استفاده از آمار توصيفي ، همبستگي و رگرسيون و استفاده از اطلاعات گزارشات مراكز معاينه فني و آمار تصادفات پليس راهور تهران ،به ارتباط ايمني با مراجعات مراكز معاينه فني در شهر تهران پرداخته شده است. از حدود 8/1 ميليون خودرو كه در شهر تهران به مراكز معاينه فني مراجعه ميكنند، سهم مردودي در معاينه فني بيشتر مربوط به آلايندگي است كه حدود 30% است پس از آن 28% مربوط به عيوب ظاهري و مردودي انحراف ترمز و محور خودرو 18% است. يك سوم تصادفات به دليل عدم توجه به جلو است .سهم بالاي ديگر عدم راعايت حق تقدم است كه 16% است و علت ديگر تغير مسير ناگهاني است. اما در مورد مشكلات و نقص وسيله نقليه در تصادفات تنها دو مورد در گزارشات پليس است كه عبارت است ،نقص فني كه كمتر از يك درصد است و نقص فني مستمر وسيله نقليه كه كمتر از 1/0% است.در تحليل همبستگي ارتباط نقص ايمني منجر به تصادف و مراجعات معاينه فني اين دو متغير همبستگي منفي 76/0- و با سطح معناداري كمتر 05/0 مورد تائيد است. با استفاده از مدل سازي رگرسيون با مقدار 76/0R2= نتيجه شد در هر سال نرخ تصادفات به مراجعات به مراكز معاينه فني با شيب يك درصد در حال كاهش است.

The reduction of accidents due to the technical defects of the car for various reasons, including the progress of the car industry and the laws that have been made in relation to the technical examination and the increase in car standards. In this research, by using descriptive statistics, correlation and regression and using information from technical inspection center reports and Tehran traffic police accident statistics, the relationship between safety and technical inspection center referrals in Tehran city has been discussed. Out of about 1.8 million cars that go to technical inspection centers in Tehran, the share of rejections in technical inspection is mostly related to pollution, which is about 30%, after that 28% is related to appearance defects and rejections, brake deviation and vehicle axis 18 % Is. One third of accidents are due to not paying attention to the front. The other high share is not respecting the right of way, which is 16%, and another reason is sudden lane change. But regarding the problems and defects of the vehicle in accidents, there are only two cases in the police reports, which are technical defects that are less than 1% and continuous technical defects of the vehicle that are less than 0.1%. In the correlation analysis, the relationship between safety defects The negative correlation of these two variables leading to accidents and technical examination referrals is -0.76 and is confirmed with a lower significance level of 0.05. Using regression modeling with the value of R2=0.76, it was concluded that every year the rate of accidents in reference to technical examination centers is decreasing with a slope of 1%.
