This research aims at investigating the effectiveness of Electro-Fenton procedure in removal of Methylene blue dye from wastewater. Dye oxidation measured by spectrophotometer. The average efficiency rate of removal of methylene blue dye through Electro Fenton in optimal condition (with the primary dye concentration=25mg/L, pH=5, currency rate=0.05 ampere, contact time=30mins, inter electrode distance=1cm, primary peroxide hydrogen concentration=100 mmol/L) was obtained 79%.and 65% for synthetic solution and wastewater, respectively. Moreover, the wastewater COD decreased 17%. The Results showed that Electro-Fenton procedure is able to removal of methylene blue dye from wastewater.
