Investigating the capacity of urban agriculture in the development and design of green spaces in big cities

رشد سريع كلان شهرها و جمعيت آن از يك سو و محدوديت منابع زيستي و توليدي بويژه در مناطق خشك از سوي ديگر، سبب شده تا مديران شهري در خصوص طراحي فضاي سبز ديدگاه جديدي را تحت عنوان توسعه كشاورزي شهري مطرح نمايند و از آن به عنوان يكي از ظرفيت هاي قابل توجه براي توليد برخي از محصولات كشاورزي بهره ببرند. كشاورزي شهري شامل تعريف وسيعي است و عبارت از پرورش انواع گونه ها ي زارعي و باغي، دامها، آبزيان و حشرات مفيد مانند زنبور عسل و كرم ابريشم در داخل و اطراف شهرها مي باشد. كشاورزي شهري مانند هر ايده جديد موافقان و مخالفاني در بين مردم، كارشناسان و تصميم گيران دارد. در حالي كه در كشور ما كشاورزي شهري كمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته و تا كنون برنامه ريزي منسجمي براي توسعه آن صورت نگرفته، اما در برخي كشورهاي جهان اقدامات قابل توجهي در اين باره انجام شده و يا در حال انجام است. در اين مقاله سعي شده است ضمن بررسي مزايا و معايب كشاورزي شهري و معرفي برخي كشورهاي پيشرو در اين زمينه پيشنهاداتي در خصوص استفاده از ظرفيت هاي متنوع كشاورزي شهري در طراحي و توسعه فضاي سبز شهري بخصوص در شهرهاي بزرگ ارائه شود.

The rapid growth of megacities and their population on the one hand and the limitation of biological and production resources especially in dry areas on the other hand have caused urban managers to propose a new perspective on the design of green space under the title of urban agriculture development and consider it as one of Take advantage of the significant capacities to produce some agricultural products. Urban agriculture is the cultivation of plants and rearing animals in and around cities, which of course is not limited to the cultivation of edible and non-edible plants, but also includes the rearing of livestock, poultry and fish, the cultivation of mushrooms and the like. Urban agriculture, like any other idea, has supporters and opponents among people, experts and decision makers. While in our country, the issue of urban agriculture has received less attention from the country s research and executive units, and no specific or coherent action has been taken to develop it, but in some countries of the world, significant actions have been taken or are being taken in this regard. In this article, while examining the advantages and disadvantages of urban agriculture and introducing some leading countries in this field, suggestions have been made regarding the use of diverse capacities of urban agriculture in the design and development of urban green spaces, especially in big cities.
