ارزيابي عملكرد زنجيره تامين الكترونيكي براساس رويكرد مولتي مورا (مورد مطالعه: شركت ملي مناطق نفت خيز جنوب)

هدف پژوهش حاضر ارزيابي عملكرد زنجيره تامين الكترونيكي براساس رويكرد مولتي مورا (مورد مطالعه: شركت ملي مناطق نفت خيز جنوب) در سال 1400 بود. روش پژوهش اين مقاله با توجه به جامعه مورد بررسي، پيمايشي از نوع آميخته بود. اين پژوهش از نظر هدف، يك پژوهش كاربردي و از نظر ماهيت، اكتشافي بود. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق تمامي كارشناسان فناوري اطلاعات شركت ملي مناطق نفت خيز جنوب به تعداد 20 نفر بود كه به روش گلوله برفي انتخاب شدند. مصاحبه با خبرگان تا رسيدن به اشباع ادامه پيدا كرد. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود كه از مصاحبه با خبرگان و ادبيات نظري پژوهش ساخته شد. جهت تجزيه و تحليل از روش دي- متيل و نرم افزار ان- ويو استفاده شد. در نهايت شش مولفه شناسايي شد كه وزن و رتبه هر يك از مولفه­ها به ترتيب: خلاقيت و نوآوري با وزن (0/364) در رتبه اول، نوآوري و يادگيري با وزن (0/353) در رتبه دوم، افزايش سرعت در ارائه خدمات با وزن (0/340) در رتبه سوم، توسعه اطلاعات و زير ساخت با وزن (0/326) در رتبه چهارم، ارتقاي فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات با وزن (0/271) در رتبه پنجم و پذيرش سيستم مديريت زنجيره تأمين الكترونيكي با وزن (0/263) در رتبه ششم بدست آمد.

The aim of the present study was to evaluate the performance of the electronic supply chain based on Multimodal approach (Case Study: National Iranian South Oil Company) in 2021. The research method of this dissertation was a mixed survey according to the study population. This research was applied in terms of purpose and exploratory in terms of nature. The statistical population of this study was all the experts of information technology and supply chain of the National Company of Southern Oilfields, 20 people who were selected by snowball method. Interviews with experts continued until saturation was reached. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire that was made from interviews with experts and theoretical research literature. DEMATEL method and N-Vivo software were used for analysis. The results of six-component analysis revealed that the weight and rank of each component increased creativity and innovation with weight (0.364) in the first place, innovation and learning perspective with weight (0.353) in the second place, respectively. Speed in providing services with weight (0.340) in the third rank, information development and infrastructure with weight (0.326) in the fourth rank, promotion of information and communication technology with weight (0.271) in the fifth rank and acceptance of management system The electronic supply chain with a weight (0.263) was ranked sixth.
