تحليل اثرات تكنولوژي‌هاي انقلاب صنعتي چهار بر چابكي سازماني

وقوع انقلاب صنعتي نسل چهار توانست با كاربردي سازي تكنولوژي هاي مختلف در توليدات و ابزارهاي صنايع، تحولي شگرف را ايجاد نمايد كه اين تحول سبب چابكي در صنايع گرديد. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر شناسايي نوع تكنولوژي هاي انقلاب صنعتي نسل چهار كه بر چابكي سازماني اثرگذارند مي باشد تا بتوان از طريق آن نحوه ارتباط ميان تكنولوژي ها را مورد بررسي قرار داد. در اين پژوهش در ابتدا با مطالعه پيشينه پژوهش 6 تكنولوژي اثرگذار در انقلاب صنعتي نسل چهارم كه مي-تواند قابليت هاي مختلف چابكي در سطح سازمان را بالا ببرد مورد بررسي و تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. جامعه آماري پژوهش حاضر را خبرگان صنعت فولاد يزد تشكيل داده اند. در ادامه با استفاده از تكنيك ميك مك و نرم افزار آن ساختار اصلي مسأله شكل گرفت. نتايج بدست آمده از اين پژوهش نشان مي دهد كه تكنولوژي ربات به عنوان مهم ترين تكنولوژي در صنعت نسل چهار در حهت ارتقا چابكي سازماني مي تواند اثرگذار باشد. از نتايج پژوهش حاضر، مديران و خبرگان صنايع فولادي استان يزد مي توانند به عنوان چراغ راه مطالعاتي در جهت استفاده مناسب از تكنولوژي هاي چابكي استفاده نمايند.

The occurrence of the industrial revolution of the fourth generation was able to create a tremendous transformation with the application of various technologies in the productions and tools of industries, which caused agility in the industries. The purpose of this research is to identify the type of technologies of the fourth generation industrial revolution that affect organizational agility, so that the relationship between technologies can be investigated. In this research, at first, by studying the background of the research, 6 effective technologies in the fourth generation industrial revolution, which can increase the various agility capabilities at the organization level, were examined and analyzed. The statistical population of the current research is made up of Yazd steel industry experts. In the following, the main structure of the problem was formed by using the MiM-Mak technique and its software. The results obtained from this research show that robot technology as the most important technology in the fourth generation industry can be effective in improving organizational agility. From the results of the present research, the managers and experts of the steel industries of Yazd province can use the agile technologies as a study guide for the proper use of agile technologies
