انقلاب صنعتي چهارم، تهديدها، فرصت‌ها و پيشنهادات اجرايي براي صنايع بزرگ استان مازندران

بنگاه‌هاي اقتصادي كه تمايل دارند كسب‌وكار و عمليات خود را با توجه به قوانين انقلاب صنعتي چهارم تغيير دهند، با چالش‌هايي از قبيل فرآيندهاي پيچيده ونياز به بودجه‌هاي بالا در پياده سازي مفهوم ، مواجه هستند. اين پژوهش بر اساس سوابق پيشين مرتبط با مدل‌ها و شاخص‌ها با هدف ارائه نقاط ضعف، قوت، فرصت و تهديد بنگاه‌هاي بزرگ اقتصادي در مواجهه با انقلاب صنعتي چهارم تدوين شده است. روش تحقيق اين پژوهش از نوع آميخته است. اطلاعات مربوط به شاخص‌هاي ارزيابي آمادگي بنگاه‌ها، مدل‌ها براي مواجهه با انقلاب صنعتي چهارم از طريق مرور ادبيات و مقالات پايگاه‌هاي اطلاعات معتبر، گزارش‌هاي فني مرتبط، استخراج شده و پس‌ازآن مورد تحليل و توزيع وزن و اولويت‌بندي قرار گرفته است. با توجه به اينكه، پژوهش به ارائه‌ي راه‌حلي جهت تأثير عوامل موفقيت‌آميز صنعت 04 در صنايع بزرگ استان مازندران مي‌پردازد، ازنظر هدف كاربردي است. براي پيمايش از ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده شده كه بخشي از انواع تحقيقات كمي است. از تكنيكSWOT براي شناسايي نقاط، قوت، ضعف، تهديد و فرصت‌ها و تحليل عاملي اكتشافي براي شناسايي عوامل استفاده شده است. يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد كه راهبردهاي ارتقا بهره‌وري و كارايي بنگاه‌هاي اقتصادي با استفاده از فن‌آوري ديجيتال و افزايش امنيت سيستم‌هاي سايبري در جهت رفع تهديدها بيشترين اهميت را دارا مي‌باشند. هم چنين عوامل 8 گانه كارايي و نوآوري فرايند توليد، توسعه الگوريتم و اشتراك داده، ايمني داده، دانش و برنامه‌ريزي، بهبود بهره‌وري و تصميم‌گيري، مدولاريته و قابليت سفارشي‌سازي، امنيت اكوسيستم و مهارت‌آموزي، به‌عنوان عوامل تبيين‌كننده ارزيابي آمادگي صنايع بزرگ استان مازندران در مواجه با انقلاب صنعتي چهارم تبيين شدند.

During the last 250 years, three industrial revolutions have transformed the way of creating human value and changed the world. In each of these revolutions, technologies, political systems, and social institutions have all changed together, and not just industry, which have changed the way man looks at himself, his relationship with fellow humans, and his interaction with the natural world. Now, after passing through the first, second and third industrial revolutions, mankind is facing another revolution. Economic enterprises that want to change their business and operations according to the laws of the fourth industrial revolution, with challenges such as complex processes and high budgets due to the technologies related to this revolution, which greatly affect the input and output processes of the company are facing. This research was compiled based on previous records related to models and indicators with the aim of presenting the weaknesses, strengths, opportunities and threats of large economic enterprises in the face of the fourth industrial revolution. The research method of this research is of mixed type. The information related to the evaluation indicators of the readiness of enterprises, models to face the fourth industrial revolution through the review of literature and articles of reliable databases, related technical reports, has been extracted and then analyzed and weighted and prioritized. Considering that the research deals with providing a solution for the impact of the successful factors of industry 04 in the large industries of Mazandaran province, it is practical in terms of its purpose. A questionnaire tool is used for survey, which is a part of quantitative research. SWOT technique has been used to identify strengths, weaknesses, risks, and opportunities, and exploratory factor analysis has been used to identify factors. The findings of the research show that the strategies of improving the productivity and efficiency of economic enterprises using digital technology and increasing the security of cyber systems are the most important in order to eliminate threats. Also, the 8 factors of production process efficiency and innovation, algorithm development and data sharing, data safety, knowledge and planning, improving productivity and decision-making, modularity and customization, ecosystem security and skill training, as explanatory factors. The assessment of the readiness of the large industries of Mazandaran province in facing the fourth industrial revolution were explained.
