اهميت هوش مصنوعي در مديريت ريسك پروژه‌هاي صنعت پتروشيمي

The Importance of Artificial Intelligence in Risk Management of Petrochemical Industry Projects

ريسك‌ها به دليل عدم آگاهي از وقايع آينده اتفاق مي‌افتند و اين عدم قطعيت‌ها، منجر به ايجاد فاصله بين آنچه اتفاق مي‌افتد و آنچه يك شركت برنامه‌ريزي كرده است، مي‌شود. در صنعت پتروشيمي، مديريت ريسك يكي از چالش‌هاي اساسي است كه در هر مرحله از زنجيره تأمين و توليد، از طراحي و ساخت تا بهره‌برداري، بايد مورد توجه قرار گيرد. هوش مصنوعي امكان استفاده از الگوريتم‌ها و مدل‌هاي پيشرفته را در تحليل داده‌ها و پيش‌بيني ريسك‌ها در پروژه‌هاي پتروشيمي فراهم مي‌كند. به همين دليل، هوش مصنوعي در مديريت ريسك پروژه داراي اهميت ويژه اي مي باشد و كاربرد زيادي در اين حوزه دارد و در اين مطالعه به بررسي اهميت هوش مصنوعي در مديريت ريسك پروژه هاي صنعت پتروشيمي مي پردازيم. اين پژوهش از نوع تشريحي مي باشد و از منظر هدف پژوهش از نوع كاربردي مي باشد. روش پژوهش بر اساس نحوه گرد آوري داده ها، از نوع توصيفي و كتابخانه اي مي باشد. نتايج نشان مي دهد كه ابزارهاي مبتني بر هوش مصنوعي به مديران پروژه در صنايع پتروشيمي در انجام كارهاي مختلف در هر مرحله از روند برنامه‌ريزي پروژه كمك مي‌كنند. استفاده از هوش مصنوعي در مديريت پروژه، منافع قابل توجهي را نه تنها در خودكارسازي امور اداري و فعاليت هاي كم ارزش، بلكه حتي هوش مصنوعي و ساير فناوري هاي تحول آفرين مي توانند به پروژه ها كمك كنند تا رهبران و مديران پروژه، پروژه هاي موفق تري را انتخاب، تعريف و اجرا كنند و مديريت ريسك هوشمندانه و بهينه را انجام دهند.

Risks occur due to the lack of knowledge of future events, and these uncertainties lead to a gap between what happens and what a company has planned. In the petrochemical industry, risk management is one of the basic challenges that must be considered at every stage of the supply and production chain, from design and construction to operation. Artificial intelligence enables the use of advanced algorithms and models in data analysis and risk prediction in petrochemical projects. For this reason, artificial intelligence is of special importance in project risk management and is widely used in this field, and in this study we investigate the importance of artificial intelligence in risk management of petrochemical industry projects. This research is descriptive and from the point of view of the purpose of the research, it is of applied type. The research method is based on the method of data collection, descriptive and library type. The results show that artificial intelligence-based tools help project managers in petrochemical industries in performing various tasks at each stage of the project planning process. The use of artificial intelligence in project management has significant benefits, not only in automating administrative tasks and low-value activities, but even artificial intelligence and other transformative technologies can help projects so that project leaders and managers, successful projects. Select, define and implement a strategy and perform intelligent and optimal risk management.
