A Comparison Study on ML IoT Usages in Green, Smart Zero-Energy Buildings

IoT and ML has undergone many changes in human life in the last decade. Almost all sectors of industry and social relations and urban affairs, including transportation, public administration, require the use of IoT and ML technology. Today, ML and IoT-based green, smart, and zero-energy buildings have expanded tremendously to protect the environment and reduce pollution and save time and money. This article examines the issues in these buildings that have been considered by researchers in recent years with the use of IoT and Ml. By reviewing and categorizing the evaluated criteria in these buildings, including pollution assessment, cost reduction, energy saving, environmental impact, etc., the first few priorities for the use of this technology are examined and presented at the end.
