ظهور بلاكچين در سيستم هاي مراقبت بهداشتي: معماري، الگوريتم هاي اجماع، چالش ها و رويكردهاي آينده

The emergence of blockchain in health care systems: architecture, consensus algorithms, challenges and future approaches

در سالهاي اخير فناوري بلاكچين به دليل فراهم آوردن قابليت هاي مختلفي از جمله يكپارچگي داده و تنوع بكارگيري در حوزه هاي مختلف، توجه بسياري از پژوهشگران و متخصصان را به خود جلب كرده است. بلاكچين با توجه به ماهيت خود در غيرمتمركزسازي داده ها، بستري قابل ملاحظه را فراهم كرده تا برنامه هاي متنوع مالي، تجاري و همچنين سيستم هاي مراقبت بهداشتي در معماري خود از اين فناوري بهره ببرند. در عين حال، امنيت، حفظ حريم خصوصي و مقياس پذيري از جمله مواردي است كه هنوز به طور كامل مرتفع نشده است. اين مقاله مروري بر پژوهش هاي انجام شده در كاربرد فناوري بلاكچين در حوزه مراقبت هاي بهداشتي است. اين مطالعه ضمن ارائه يك طرح كلي از معماري و طبقه‌بندي‌هاي بلاكچين براي انتخاب پلتفرم مناسب در برنامه‌هاي بهداشتي، موارد استفاده از بلاكچين را در جهان مورد بررسي قرار داده است. هدف از اين مطالعه روشن ساختن مسير متخصصان، در تلفيق فناوري بلاكچين در سيستم هاي مراقبت بهداشتي با تمركز بر انتخاب الگوريتم اجماع مناسب مي باشد. بعلاوه، چالش‌هاي امنيتي و فرصت‌هاي تحقيقاتي آتي در بكارگيري اين فناوري ارائه شده‌اند تا ديدگاهي موشكافانه تر و روشن تر را براي تحقيقات آينده، به ويژه در ايران، ارائه دهد.

In recent years, blockchain technology has attracted the attention of many researchers and experts due to providing various capabilities, including data integrity and diversity of use in various fields. Due to its nature in data decentralization, blockchain has provided a significant platform for various financial and commercial programs as well as healthcare systems to benefit from this technology in their architecture. At the same time, security, privacy, scalability, as well as maintaining the decentralized nature of blockchain are among the issues that have not yet been fully resolved. This article is an overview of the researches conducted in the application of blockchain technology in the field of healthcare. While providing an overview of blockchain architecture and classifications for choosing the right platform in health programs, this study has examined the use cases of blockchain in the world. The purpose of this study is to clarify the path of experts in the integration of blockchain technology in healthcare systems, focusing on choosing the appropriate consensus algorithm. In addition, security challenges and future research opportunities in the application of this technology are presented to provide a more nuanced and enlightened perspective for future research, especially in Iran.
