واكاوي اثرات رويكرد آموزشي مبتني بر كامپيوتر بر كارآفريني ومهارت هنرجويان (نمونه موردي: هنرستان نمونه 17 شهريور -سبزوار)

Analyzing the effects of computer-based educational approach on entrepreneurship and students skills (case example: 17 Shahrivar-Sabzvar Art School)

پيشرفت هاي علمي و تكنولوژيكي در عصر حاضر در سايه وسايل كمك آموزشي امكان پذير است .افزايش حجم دانش و اطلاعات و كهنه شدن مطالب اموزشي، تغييرات سريع جوامع و غير قابل پيش بيني بودن آينده مستلزم يك رويكرد آموزشي به روز شده در آموزش مي باشد، كه به طور خود گردان و مستقل براي تمام عمر به مطالبه دانش و استفاده از آن بپردازد. هدف از اين پژوهش شرح رويكرد آموزشي مبتني بر كامپيوتر و كنار گذاشتن روشهاي سنتي آموزش است ؛ كه در سايه آن تعليم نيروي انساني ماهر و كارآفرين ميسر مي گردد. روش تحقيق بصورت كتابخانه اي و ميداني است و با توزيع پرسشنامه و مصاحبه با جامعه آماري مشغول به تحصيل و فارغ التحصيل داده ها گرد آوري شده است . بدينصورت پس از بررسي مباني نظري تحقيق نمونه مورد مطالعه هنرستان نمونه فني و حرفه اي 17 شهريور -سبزوار انتخاب شد. در نتيجه پس از تحليل داده ها مشخص شد پتانسيل تعليم و تحويل نيروي انساني ماهر و كار آفرين با ايده هاي كسب و كار متعدد در هنرستانهاي فني و حرفه اي بسيار بالاست . باتوجه به يافته هاي پژوهش حاضر پيشنهاد مي شود رويكرد اموزشي مبتني بر كامپيوتر در شايستگي هاي فني با دقت مورد مطالعه و بازنگري قرار گيرند.

Scientific and technological advances in the present era are possible in the shadow of educational aids. The increase in the amount of knowledge and information and the obsolescence of educational materials, the rapid changes of societies and the unpredictability of the future require an updated educational approach in education. To demand knowledge and use it autonomously and independently for the whole life. The purpose of this research is to describe the computer-based educational approach and abandon the traditional methods of education; In the shadow of which, the training of skilled and entrepreneurial human resources is possible. The research method is library and field, and the data has been collected by distributing questionnaires and interviewing the statistical population engaged in studies and graduates. Thus, after examining the theoretical foundations of the study, the technical and professional sample conservatory of 17 Shahrivar-Sabzvar was selected. . As a result, after analyzing the data, it was found that the potential of training and delivery of skilled and entrepreneurial human resources with many business ideas in technical and vocational colleges is very high. According to the findings of the present research, it is suggested that the computer-based educational approach in technical skills should be carefully studied and reviewed.
