تاثير كار تيمي مديريت كيفيت بر قابليت فراخوان محصول با تبيين نقش صلاحيت تامين كننده (مورد مطالعه: شركت هاي كوچك و متوسط در شهر كرمان)

The effect of quality management teamwork on product recall capability by explaining the role of qualification of supplier (Case study: small and medium companies in Kerman)

مديريت كيفيت زنجيره تأمين به‌عنوان يك روش مهم براي مديريت فراخوان محصول توسط توليدكننده در نظر گرفته‌شده است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسي تأثير كار تيمي مديريت كيفيت بر قابليت فراخوان محصول با تبيين نقش صلاحيت تأمين‌كننده (موردمطالعه: شركت‌هاي كوچك و متوسط در شهر كرمان) مي‌باشد. جامعه آماري در اين پژوهش مديران، معاونين و كارشناسان در شركت هاي كوچك و متوسط در شهر كرمان مي باشد كه تقريباً برابر با 450 نفر مي باشد. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران 207 نفر انتخاب شد. ابزار تحقيق شامل 5 سؤال پرسشنامه قابليت فراخوان محصول، 5 سؤال پرسشنامه كار تيمي مديريت كيفيت و 4 سؤال صلاحيت تأمين‌كننده اختصاص مي‌باشد. نتايج حاصل از معادلات ساختاري نشان داد كه متغير كار تيمي مديريت كيفيت بر صلاحيت تأمين‌كننده تأثير معنادار دارد و مقدار مثبت بتا (675/0) نشان دهنده مثبت بودن اين تأثير مي‌باشد؛ بنابراين، كار تيمي مديريت كيفيت بر صلاحيت تأمين‌كننده در شركت هاي كوچك و متوسط در شهر كرمان تأثير معناداري دارد. كار تيمي مديريت كيفيت بر قابليت فراخوان محصول تأثير معنادار دارد و مقدار مثبت بتا (494/0) نشان دهنده مثبت بودن اين تأثير مي‌باشد؛ بنابراين، كار تيمي مديريت كيفيت بر قابليت فراخوان محصول در شركت هاي كوچك و متوسط در شهر كرمان تأثير معناداري دارد. صلاحيت تأمين‌كننده بر قابليت فراخوان محصول تأثير معنادار دارد و مقدار مثبت بتا (197/0) نشان دهنده مثبت بودن اين تأثير مي‌باشد؛ بنابراين، صلاحيت تأمين‌كننده بر قابليت فراخوان محصول در شركت هاي كوچك و متوسط در شهر كرمان تأثير معناداري دارد.

Supply chain quality management is considered as an important method for managing product recall by the manufacturer. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of quality management teamwork on product callability by explaining the role of supplier competence (Case study: small and medium companies in Kerman). The statistical population in this study is managers, deputies and experts in small and medium companies in Kerman, which is approximately equal to 450 people. The sample size was selected using Cochran s formula of 207 people. The research tools include 5 questions of product callability questionnaire, 5 questions of quality management teamwork questionnaire and 4 questions of supplier qualification. The results of structural equations showed that the quality management teamwork variable has a significant effect on supplier competence and a positive beta value (0.675) indicates a positive effect; Therefore, quality management teamwork has a significant effect on supplier competence in small and medium companies in Kerman. Quality management teamwork has a significant effect on product callability and a positive beta value (0.494) indicates a positive effect; Therefore, quality management teamwork has a significant effect on product recall in small and medium companies in Kerman. Supplier competence has a significant effect on product recallability and a positive beta value (0.197) indicates a positive effect; Therefore, supplier competence has a significant effect on product recall capability in small and medium companies in Kerman.
