In the post-corona era, Iraqi universities implemented blended learning in 2021 and 2022. However, given the uncertainty regarding the pandemic s potential recurrence or the country s exposure to another crisis of a similar nature affecting the educational process, it is necessary to assess Iraqi universities genuine potential to adopt the e-learning system as an alternative educational system. The purpose of this study is to extract the main aspects including the dimensions and factors to assess the readiness of e-learning level for Iraqi universities. To do this, the Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM) was applied to extract the vital aspects for assessing e-learning readiness, and finally, 3 dimensions and 13 factors have been extracted from Iraqi experts in e-learning and educational system. The results of this paper showed that “Infrastructure” has essential effect and more important than other dimensions, and “Technological” factor with a weight of 0.751 has the most effect on e-learning readiness than the rest factors.
