Financing Opportunities for Innovation and Technology Development in Pars Special Economic Energy Zone Using Integration Freeman and Authority-Power Stakeholder Models

تأمين مالي نوآوري و توسعه فناوري همواره يكي از چالش برانگيزترين مباحث مربوط به نوآوري و توسعه فناوري بوده است. نوآوري در ابتداي مسير رشد با توجه به ريسك‌هاي مربوط به آن در صورت عدم تأمين مالي مناسب با شكست مواجه گرديده و به ساير مراحل چرخه عمر خود نخواهد رسيد. با توجه به آينده نامعلوم هر نوآوري و ابهامات پيش رو پذيرش ريسك تأمين مالي بزرگ‌ترين دستاورد هر فرد يا گروه نوآور محسوب مي‌گردد. هر نوآوري و فناوري جديد براي ثمر دهي مناسب نيازمند پشتيباني مالي از سوي ذي‌نفعاني دارد كه به آينده و سوددهي آن نوآوري اميدوار بوده و دچار كمترين درصد ريسك سرمايه گردند. در اين تحقيق با استفاده از مدل ذي‌نفعان فريمن، ضمن طبقه‌بندي ذي‌نفعان موجود در شركت‌هاي مستقر در منطقه ويژه اقتصادي انرژي پارس و تعيين شاخص‌هاي سنجش، اثربخشي هركدام و نيز آن‌ها مهم‌ترين ذي‌نفعان در تأمين مالي نوآوري و فناوري مشخص گرديد.

Financing innovation and technology development has always been one of the most challenging topics related to innovation and technology development. Innovation at the beginning of the growth path due to its related risks will fail in the absence of proper financing and will not reach other stages of its life cycle. Considering the uncertain future of any innovation and the uncertainties ahead, accepting the risk of financing is considered the greatest achievement of any innovative person or group. Every innovation and new technology needs financial support from stakeholders who hope for the future and profitability of that innovation and suffer the lowest percentage of capital risk for proper fruition. In this research, by using Freeman s stakeholder model, while classifying the existing stakeholders in the companies located in the Pars Special Economic Energy Zone and determining the measurement indicators, the effectiveness of each and also the most important stakeholders in the financing of innovation and technology are identified.
