تحليل پژوهش هاي حوزه علوم تربيتي از منظر ميزان هدفمندي

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحليل پژوهش هاي حوزه علوم انساني (علوم تربيتي) به لحاظ ميزان هدفمند بودن آنها صورت گرفته است تا به تبع آن بتوان قضاوت درستي پيرامون نقش آنها در ايجاد و توسعه نظريه هاي جديد و پيشبرد و ايجاد تحول در حوزه علوم تربيتي ارائه نمود. مواد و روش ها: اين تحقيق از بعد هدف، كاربردي و از بعد روش جمع آوري داده ها توصيفي از نوع تحليل محتوا مي باشد. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق اعضاي هيئت علمي رشته علوم تربيتي دانشگاه‌هاي دولتي و آزاد اسلامي شمال غرب ايران در استان‏هاي آذربايجان شرقي، آذربايجان غربي و اردبيل بودند كه تعداد آنها بر اساس برآوردهاي صورت گرفته 75 نفر بودند.با استفاده از جدول مورگان و كرجسي 63 نفر از آنان به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند.با توجه به حجم متفاوت اعضاي هيات علمي در هر يك از دانشگاه ها، روش نمونه گيري طبقه اي نسبتي بود.براي گردآوري داده‏ها از چك‏ليست استفاده شد. قبل از اجراي نهايي از روايي صوري و محتوايي چك ليست اطمينان حاصل شد. همچنين براي بررسي همساني درونيچك ليستاز روش پايايي مصححان استفاده شد كه ميزان آن 91/0 به دست آمد. بحث و نتيجه گيري:يكي از يافته هاي مهم اين تحقيق اين بود كه بخش اعظمي از اعضاي هيئت علمي دانشگاه هاي جامعه هدف، علايق و حوزه فعاليت پژوهشي خود را مشخص و تعيين نكرده اند و به تبع آن دانشجويان نيز از اين مهم بي اطلاع هستند. يافته هاي اين بخش از تحقيق نشان داد كه بيش از 50 درصد اين افراد به اين مساله مهم و اساسي اصلاً توجه نكرده اند. همچنين نزديك به 97 درصد از مجموعه فعاليت هاي پژوهشي استادان كمتر از 50 درصد با موضوع رساله دكتري آنان هم راستا مي باشد. علاوه بر اين؛نزديك به 67 درصد از محموعه فعاليت هاي پژوهشي استادان بين 30 تا 50 درصد با آنچه خود آنان به عنوان علايق و زمينه هاي پژوهشي به طرق مختلف به دانشجويان خود اعلام كرده بودند، همراستا مي باشد و نسبتاً وضعيت مناسبي در اين بعد حاكم است. بخش ديگري از يافته‏هاي پژوهش نيز نشان داد كه نزديك به 90 درصد از مجموعه فعاليت هاي پژوهشي استادان بالاتر از 70 درصد با تخصص اصلي آنان هم راستا و هماهنگ بود كه اين موضوع نشان از وضعيت مناسب در اين زمينه است.

The current research has been done with the aim of analyzing research in the field of human sciences (education) in their purposefulness, so that accordingly, a correct judgment can be made about their role in creating and developing new theories and promoting and creating transformation in the field of education. Materials and methods: This research is applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of data collection method, it is a descriptive type of content analysis. The statistical population of this research was the faculty members of educational sciences of public and Islamic Azad universities in the northwest of Iran in the provinces of East Azarbaijan, West Azarbaijan and Ardabil, whose number was 75 according to the survey. Using the table of Morgan and Karjesi, 63 of them were selected as a sample. Due to the different amount of faculty members in each of the universities, the sampling method was stratified. A checklist was used to collect data. Before the final implementation, the face and content validity of the checklist was ensured. Also, to check the internal consistency of the checklist, the reliability method of the correctors was used, and its rate was 0.91. Discussion and conclusion: One of the important findings of this research was that most of the faculty members of the investigated universities have not specified and determined their interests and the field of their research activity, so their students are also unaware of this matter. The findings of this part of the research showed that more than 50% of these people did not pay attention to this important and fundamental issue. Also, nearly 97% of the professors research activities are less than 50% in line with the subject of their doctoral thesis. Furthermore; Nearly 67 percent of the professors research activities between 30 and 50 percent are in line with what they themselves had announced to the students as their interests and the field of their research activity and a relatively good situation prevails in this dimension. Another part of the research findings also showed that nearly 90% of the research activities of the professors were more than 70% aligned with their main expertise, which is an indication of the good situation in this dimension.
