بررسي تاثير دوره آموزشي تكاليف مهارت محور بر توسعه حرفه اي معلمان ابتدايي

Investigating the effect of skill-based homework training course on the professional development of elementary teachers

در دوره ابتدايي تصميم گرفته شد براي تغيير فضاي كلاس از حافظه‌پروري به سمت مهارت محوري در كلاس‌هايي كه امكانش وجود دارد تكاليف مهارت محور را جايگزين مشق شب شود. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي اثربخشي دوره هاي آموزشي تكاليف مهارت محور بر توسعه حرفه اي معلمان است. از اين رو اين پژوهش با روش شبه آزمايشي اين فرآيند را مورد بررسي قرار داد. جامعه آماري شامل معلمان مقطع ابتدايي شهر مشهد كه با روش نمونه گيري خوشه اي 40 نفر از معلمان انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه توانمندسازي معلمان بود. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه دوره آموزشي تكاليف مهارت محور بر توانمند سازي معلمان تاثير دارد.

In the primary period, it was decided to change the classroom environment from memorization to skill-oriented in classes where it is possible to replace night homework with skill-oriented assignments. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effectiveness of skill-based homework training courses on the professional development of teachers. Therefore, this research investigated this process with a quasi-experimental method. The statistical population includes elementary school teachers in Mashhad city, who were selected by cluster sampling method of 40 teachers. The research tool was teacher empowerment questionnaire. The results of the research showed that the training course of skill-based assignments has an effect on the empowerment of teachers.
