چكيده فارسي :
Abstract The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of cultural factors on the promotion of job satisfaction of Afghan workers in District 22 municipality. The statistical population of Afghan workers working in District 22 municipality is considered to be 255 people, and the data was collected from the entire statistical population as a census method. Is . The tools for data collection in this research are the two standard questionnaires of cultural factors Ang and Arli (2003) and job satisfaction of Mohammadi (2013). Job satisfaction is the workers, in relation to the test of sub-hypotheses, the results showed that motivational, cognitive, social and behavioral factors have a significant effect on the promotion of job satisfaction, but meta-cognitive and strategic factors do not have a significant effect on the promotion of job satisfaction.
