Examining the argument of justice with Ghazali and Rumi

بحث درباره عدل الهي جزو قديمي‌ترين مباحث كلامي ، اخلاقي و فلسفي در جهان اسلام و مورد توجه عالمان و فيلسوفان بوده و هست؛ و در كنار مباحثي از جمله: صفات فعليه الهي ، حكمت الهي، حسن و قبح ، جبر و اختيار انسان و قضا و قدر و... مورد بررسي قرار مي گيرد. در كلام معتزله و اماميه «عدل» از جمله اصول دين و يكي از مهمترين صفات خداوند و در كنار توحيد، قرار گرفته است .مهم‌ترين عامل طرح بحث عدل الهي، آموزه‌هاي قرآن است كه شاخه‌هاي مختلف عدل (تكويني، تشريعي، اخلاقي و اجتماعي) را مطرح كرده است. مولانا به عنوان انديشمند حوزه دين و عرفان به اين مسئله، توجه خاصي داشته است. او با نگرش ذوقي و عرفاني خود سعي داشته پا را فراتر از دايره شرع نگذارد اما غزالي معيار عدل را، فعل خداوند دانسته نه عقل بشري و براي صفت عدل اهميت چنداني قايل نيست . بر همين اساس بر آنيم تا در اين جستار ديدگاه اين دو متفكر و عارف بزرگ اسلامي يعني ؛ امام محمد غزالي و جلال الدين محمد بلخي؛ را در مواجهه با اين مسئله بررسي نماييم.

Justice is one of the important attributes of God and its importance is to the extent that it is next to the most important attribute of God, namely monotheism, and in the words of the Imams and Mu tazilites, one of the principles of religion is introduced. Discussion of divine justice is one of the oldest Theological, moral and philosophical issues in the Islamic world and have been considered by scholars and philosophers. Which is examined along with topics such as: current divine attributes, divine wisdom, good and ugliness, human predestination and authority, judgment and predestination, etc. The most important factor in the discussion of divine justice is the teachings of the Qur an, which has introduced various branches of justice (formative, legislative, moral and social). Al-Ghazali and Rumi, as thinkers in the field of religion and mysticism, have paid special attention to this issue. Al-Ghazali did not offer a systematic theory in this regard. Rumi with his taste and mystical attitude has tried not to go beyond the sharia. Accordingly, we intend to present in this article the views of these two great Islamic thinkers and mystics, namely; Imam Mohammad Ghazali and Jalaluddin Mohammad Balkhi; In the face of this issue.
