طراحي مدل مديريت ايمني در پروژه هاي عمراني و رتبه بندي شاخص هاي موثر بر اساس نظريهM 4 (مطالعه موردي: كارگاه ساختماني امام علي (ع))

Designing a safety management model in construction projects and ranking effective indicators based on 4M theory (Case study: Imam Ali construction workshop)

پروژه هاي عمراني و ساختمان سازي بخش عمده اي از حوادث كشور را به خود اختصاص داده كه بيشتر آنها منجر به مرگ نيروي كار شده است. هدف اصلي اين پژوهش شناسايي مهم ترين شاخص هاي مديريت ايمني در پروژه هاي عمراني است كه بر پايه نظريه 4M شامل (انسان، تجهيزات، مواد و روش كاري) شكل گرفته است. روش تحقيق از نوع كاربردي بوده و به لحاظ اجرا توصيفي-پيمايشي است. جهت انجام اين پژوهش از 54 شاخص در قالب پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. جامعه آماري تحقيق 60 نفر از كارشناسان حوزه عمراني بود كه با جدول مورگان 52 نفر به روش تصادفي ساده انتخاب شد. همچنين مكان مورد مطالعه كارگاه ساختماني امام علي (ع) انتخاب شد. مدل مفهومي تحقيق بر اساس نظريه M4 (شامل انسان، ماشين، مواد و روش كاري) طراحي گرديد. ميانگين رتبه‌ها در معيارها نشان مي­­دهد كه رتبه اول با امتياز 4/5 به معيار مدير در مولفه انسان اختصاص دارد. مقايسه ميانگين رتبه‌ در شاخص ها نشان مي­­دهد كه بالاترين ميانگين با امتياز 36/03 به شاخص تجهيزات حفاظت فردي اختصاص دارد. در آخر راه كارهايي جهت ارتقا تعهد مديريت و ارايه تجهيزات حفاظت فردي به كاركنان ارايه شده است.

Civil and construction projects account for a major part of the country s accidents, most of which have led to the death of the workforce. The main goal of this research is to identify the most important indicators of safety management in construction projects based on the 4M theory including (people, equipment, materials and work methods). The research method is applied and descriptive-survey in terms of implementation. In order to conduct this research, 54 indicators were used in the form of a researcher-made questionnaire. The statistical population of the research was 60 experts in the field of construction, 52 of whom were selected by simple random method using Morgan s table. Also, the study site of Imam Ali construction workshop was selected. The research conceptual model was designed based on the 4M theory (including human, machine, material and work method). The average ratings in the criteria show that the first rank with a score of 4.5 is assigned to the manager s criteria in the human component. The comparison of the average rank in the indicators shows that the highest average with a score of 03.36 is assigned to the index of personal protective equipment. At the end, there are ways to improve the management s commitment and provide personal protective equipment to the employees
