شناسايي عوامل تأثيرگذار بر رشد و تعالي دانشجويان شركت كننده در كرسي‌هاي نقد و نظريه پردازي در دانشگاه‌ها ومؤسسات آموزش‌عالي

Identifying the influencing factors on the growth and transcendence of students participating in scientific criticism and theorizing courses

يكي از رسالت‏هاي اصلي دانشگاه‍‌ها، توليد علم است و توليد علم نيازمند فراهم شدن زمينه ‏هاي لازم به لحاظ سخت ‏افزاري و نرم افزاري است كه كرسي‏هاي نظريه ‏پردازي، نقد و مناظره يكي از مهم‌ترين زمينه‌هاي مذكور به شمار مي ‏آيند. بنابراين كرسي‏هاي مذكور در كنار فراهم ساختن زمينه ‏هاي تبادل‏ نظر علمي، شرايط لازم براي بالندگي علمي را در دانشجويان به وجود مي‏ آورند. نقش اصلي كرسي‏هاي مذكور، تسهيل در فرآيند توليد علم، رشد و تعالي دانشجويان است زيرا اين كرسي‏ها از طريق شناسايي استعدادهاي علمي در دانشگاه و فراهم ساختن زمينه‏ هاي لازم براي رشد و شكوفايي اين استعدادها فرآيند توليد علم را تسهيل كرده و زمينه بهره‌مندي بيشتر جامعه از دستاوردهاي علمي را فراهم مي‏ سازند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسايي عوامل تأثيرگذار بر رشد و تعالي دانشجويان شركت كننده در كرسي‌هاي نقد و نظريه پردازي علمي است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش 17 نفر از دانشجويان، 10 نفر متخصص از اساتيد دانشگاه و 30 مقاله بود. اين پژوهش ذيل پارادايم تفسيري با روش تحليل محتوا انجام شد. يافته‌ها نشان داد كه 4 عامل روان‌شناختي، فرهنگي، آموزشي و اجتماعي از جمله عوامل اصلي مؤثر بر ارتقاء رشد و تعالي دانشجويان شركت كننده در كرسي‌هاي نقد و نظريه پردازي علمي است. براساس نتايج بدست آمده گسترش چنين نشست‌هايي مي‌تواند بر افزايش سطح معرفتي قشر دانشجو به عنوان آينده سازان كشور در ابعاد مختلف كمك شايان توجهي نمايد و سياست‌هاي فرهنگي را جهت نيل به اين هدف متعالي سوق دهد.

Future. Therefore, in addition to providing opportunities for scientific exchange, the mentioned chairs create the necessary conditions for scientific growth in students. The main role of the aforementioned chairs is to facilitate the process of science production, growth and excellence of students because these chairs facilitate the process of science production by identifying scientific talents in the university and providing the necessary grounds for the growth and flourishing of these talents. They provide the basis for society to benefit more from scientific achievements. The purpose of the current research is to identify the factors influencing the growth and excellence of students participating in scientific criticism and theorizing courses. The statistical population of this research was 17 students, 10 university professors and 30 articles. This research was carried out under the interpretation paradigm with the content analysis method. The findings showed that 4 psychological, cultural, educational and social factors are among the main factors affecting the growth and excellence of students participating in scientific criticism and theorizing courses. Based on the obtained results, the expansion of such meetings can greatly contribute to the increase of the knowledge level of the students as the future makers of the country in various dimensions and lead cultural policies to achieve this lofty goal.
